Pros: Received a complimentary day pass because I was lodged at an adjacent hotel. Good sized locker room. Lots of variety in the cardio equipment. Cons: Walked in and one of the two staff members looked at me, and after a few long and awkward moments, the young lady finally offered assistance with checking me in. Nice enough, but offered no directions, just watched me wander away from the desk. The place smelled funny. The first two treadmills had dried disgusting sweat on them and the tracks were jerky and felt unsafe. Checking out and getting my room key, I had to wait for the staff member to put down his cell phone, then lazily ask my name. To top it off, as I was reaching for the key, he tossed it on the desk instead of handing it to me. Sooooo rude. I guess he noticed the appalled look I gave him and tried to remember his job in cuatomer service and ask if I needed anything else. Not from this place I dont. Not even for free.

Steam room never working, showers are super dirty towels all over the mens bathroom sometimes steam room smell like someone pee in it. The head manager is very unprofessional, every time i ask why the machines are broken for over 2 months she replies waiting on parts....truly a nightmare and the prices are over rated you better off going to the gym in the little plaza right above Best Market. There is a ton of kids when you go to work out, very disappointed member since 2011, they sold me the core saying that i can use it anywhere which it was actually only long Island. We ran into towel shortage alll the time and we no longer have conditioner in the showers and shower curtains are dirty and old.

Too many pieces of equipment are broken. The steam room regulator is busted so that it swings between off and the alarm going off. The clientele are a bunch of entitled slobs who leave their towels on the floor, expecting their mothers to clean up. Overall management is missing. They let the surly reception desk people play whatever radio station they like, too loudly over the speaker system. Seriously? Everyone in the gym has earbuds in. Do we have to pump on the volume on those to drown out the auto-tuned dance mix? And yet I go, because they have the best location for my commute. The train station parking lot is next door to them. I get to park there, work out, then catch my train.

Absolutely worse customer service ever!!! After waiting and waiting for a credit that was never reimbursed after months of Dana promising to do so. Wasted countless hours of my time for months calling and being put on hold time after time to never once getting one call back from her!! Equipment nothing special (excluding the ones that arent actually broken) and locker room always smells terrible. Never in my life of going to gyms did I ever encounter such terrible customer relations. Beware to whom ever wants to give this gym "a try". Canceling both mine and my husbands memberships. I would give 0 stars if I could!

The staff is very welcoming and nice. They showed me around and perfectly explained how the club works and all that good stuff. The members are all nice and dont rush you when you are using a piece of equipment that they are going to use. All in all its a very friendly, welcoming, and all around a great environment to workout in. Highly recommended for any gym goer.

This gym owes me hundreds of dollars & still hasnt refunded me. Theyve been overcharging me for months. Ive already spoken to three managers and nothing has been done to get me my money back. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Very unprofessional and dont care about their members. Ive never experienced this with any other gym.

One of the worst gyms Ive ever been to. So much of the equipment is broken. The classes are not challenging. You cant even find a matching set of weights on the 2nd floor. After we canceled, we were still getting charged. Its really unfortunate since the location is so convenient to the LIRR. NYSC should be ashamed of this location.

The management is the worst. Especially the accounting. They owe me 2 referrals credit. I had ask them a few times and they always say they will look into it. My wife was a member before and she cancelled her membership 2 months ago and we still got billed. Very frustrating. Im thinking of cancelling the membership too.

Management never helpful and most of the time not in during the hours. Also warning as a one year anniversary gift to members they raise the price $10. Saunas routinely broken. Could be an amazing gym right now though terrible. Wish I had better to say!

This gym isnt what it used to be. Customer service is terrible. They raise your rate without giving you any warning and they routinely run out of towels. Not to mention the locker room smells like someone urinated on the carpets.
