Terrible experience 1. Not what you want your kids to see: People in the change room have no regards for young kids. Walking around naked. disgusting 2. Aquatics is awful. The director has no clue what he/she is upto. All the after school weekday hours are full with classes and swim teams. Not a single lane open till 730-8pm. Tried going on sunday at 10am "so called open swim team" and guess what they have swim classes going on. Did not let us enter the pool till 1045 when the last class ended and asked to leave 1055 because another swimteam starts at 11. No regard for families. I called atleast 2 times and spoke with Elizabeth at HELPDESK and she told me that aquatic director will call me back. That call never came. 3. No ethics, greedy, Just want your money: I asked for a refund on my membership fees well in advance of end of my first month as a member (not the monthly charges which I was never going to ask back), they refused. Apparently they only will refund it if you change your mind in "3 days". Poor customer service. I would never come back or even recommend to any one. You ll loose much more than 150$ by doing these cheap tactics. Wish I could give ZERO star.

Overall not a bad club with variety of classes. However, their guest policy spoiled my good impression of the club. If you play squash, you cant bring your friends for a game unless they are also members. The same guest can come only 3 times a year, and this policy is strictly enforced by the management. They literally track how many times you have a guest and then bother you with calls. For me this policy does not make sense, since single guest pass costs as much as $20, and I cant imagine people use it for anything but play squash with their friends. It is not surprising that all courts are mostly empty. In summary, if you plan to play squash with friends who are not the members of this club, better find another place.

Just joined recently. The place is bright, clean, air-conditioned, and smells good! The staff is super friendly, and the members are warm and down-to-earth. The programs are pretty comprehensive although I would like to see many more yoga classes, especially hatha and anusara, not just vinyasa. Membership concierge Jamie is so caring and helpful and got me set up to get text alerts re class schedule changes, etc. Thatll be really helpful in the winter months. Some of the "extra" services (like aqua jams, $20 per class in addition to monthly membership fees) are a bit pricey, but this IS Westchester County, NY.

WATCH YOUR BILL. They decide you agree to something you never agreed to nor signed for and suddenly youre charged $1300.00 compared to $94.00. The facilities are also not clean, have kids running around, and the machines are cheap. Youre much better off looking at other clubs this one is TERRIBLE

Huge and bright. A lot of machines. I came as a guest. This place is amazing but I would not pay that much for a gym. I pay $20 a month in BK and although there is no pool or racket ball courts, it gets the job done.

Awesome fitness machines and facility. Has abbot less to offer than the Main facility. Disappointed there is no Racquetball.
