I took my Ford Fusion 2013 there for a cabin air filter replacement. After making me wait for an hour or so the lady working at the register told me that their mechanics dont how to change a simple cabin air filter of a ford. I thought a reputable car shop like Pep boys should at least how to put a new cabin air filter on. Later took to a regular mechanic shop and they did it within 10 mins. Also, it feels like the cash register people have some sort of attitude going on. Calling customer to come up to the register by pointing finger and overall the their attitude is gross. Never ever going back again; Ill rather take all my cars to a regular mechanic shop.

I had a ONE slow leak tire for months. Sensor came on indicating tire was losing air. I fill that tire up with air and sensor light goes away. I take my car here to get TWO new tires. When job was done, sensor indicating low tire pressure was still on. They ask mechanic if they about sensor and he says IDK. Then then tell me to drive for 10 minutes a day the sensor should turn off. I drove car for 3 days going back and forth on L.I.E, low pressure indictor still showing. I take my car back to them and now they say my tire sensors are broken. FOH

One of the worst places to go the cashier/receptionist was so disrespectful and so uneducated on her job, the other workers were just as disrespectful throwing my tiers around pushing there own equipment around just a nasty place.What annoys me more is that I recommended this place to my husband because they used to be one of the best. Im definitely not going to ever go to another PEPBOYS AUTO and everyone Ive recommend it to i will give them an update of this horrible service

My experience has always been great at pep boys store#1626 on hillside Ave and the staff in the front and the staff that service my vehicle has always been professional and friendly. Ive been coming here for the last couple years and will continue to do so.

I got my car balance, aligned and tires rotated for a very reasonable price,while I was getting my car attendanded to the technician noticed my inspection stickers was expiring the next day so I got that done right there on the spot,...thanks guys

Be aware when taking your car here, the mechanics at this location need to be properly trained, came in for an allignment and they wanted to change struts,control arm & tires smh. Better off taking your vehicle to another shop. #moneyhog

By far the worst place to take your car to. Tried to charge me $1,000 to do my breaks front and back. Went some where else locally and ended up paying 190 for both breaks and an oil change. Also the cashier lady is the worst!!

Way to expensive. I came in here for a bottle of 305 cleaner and noticed it was twice the price it was on Amazon. The exact same one!!! Of course I walked out with nothing.
