Sold a bad Die Hard Gold motorcycle battery and got a run around afterwards (made in Taiwan). Insufficient crankIng power. Told them to keep it and paid more for OEM Yuasa motorcycle battery (made in Japan). Charged the OEM and Voila starts right up. The Sears salesperson was misinformed first said its my charger at fault, then that the battery was fine. He was trying to sell me a $79-99 charger. Nice kid, but I wanted results not a run around. Read the reviews Die Hard Gold gets worse reviews than years ago ... And I had bought 4-5 in past. The manager eventually called late, in fact so late I already had new OEM battery. Also a nice fellow but too little, too late.

Even though I had an appointment that they told me over the phone would only take 20 minutes, I was there for over an hour and a half for an oil change. They were completely scattered and unorganized. They messed stuff up in the computer too, which made checking out difficult and I ended up having to pay almost $15 more (for tax and an upgraded filter that they decided to go ahead and put in) on top of the groupon price I had already paid. They also left my steering wheel all greasy. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone else.

which warranted replacement, are you looking for men in the automotive business that are decent, honest, with professional integrity? This is where i recommend having your automotive service needs taken care of. "John" and the team are outstanding personell. How many mechanics are going to torque your lugnuts, none, but these guys will and did. I approve this message Former Firefighter from westchester, N.Y. Do not use this auto center for wheel alignments, without knowing the make and model of my vehicle, salesman states camber is not adjustible letting me know that they only perform toe ajustments without camber adjustments, thrust angle is no longer adjustable, camber and toe is, in stating this the outter edge of my driver and passenger tires are worn down to bald because the refuse to perform a camber adjustment. Google camber and toe.

Two times now we have made appointments and dropped off our cars and have received a call stating they dont have our tires. This is after already paying too. I will never go back again.
