I bought a brand new box from them to ship out a brand new PlayStation 4 i was a piece of tape short lady wouldnt even give me a piece made me buy a whole roll for 4.00 and then on top of it they lost my freaking box i got 3 pieces of my box mailed back to me with my address and the person i was sending it to address and told me they cant find it unbelievable 0 stars for that shame on you United Postal Service!
