If I could give no stars I would, I live like 2 mins away from this post office and have to go all the way to Yonkers ave to go to a different location because of the service they gave. 1. They are very, extremely rude! They do not even say hi, which is already a little rude. 2. There is one lady who is always on the phone! Working and has her headphones and chatting it up!! Wtf? 3. A lot of the people that go to this post office are Hispanic , you would imagine that they would have people who speak Spanish too, Ive witness many times were the clerk treats people who cant speak English horrible, they literaly say " what!!? I dont understand?! I dont know what you mean! , so if a good percentage of Hispanic come here, why not hire people that can speak both languages? 3. They do not have slips on the floor for shipping and boxes. So can you please explain to me why I should form a line to get a box? Shouldnt they be available for me to get? And speed up the process myself? Once I went for boxes and asked in advance if I could get thy said that they did have but had to form the line, so I did( i was upset I waited 10 mins) when I got to the clerk they said we dont have. In conclusion: Terrrible customer service!

Words cant describe the disgraceful service this post office provides. Let me start with the mail lady who lost our lobby key twice, resulting in the theft of my boyfriends bike. But it doesnt stop there, she then proceeded to stop delivering our mail for two weeks while we left her a note to ring the bell for a key. We finally brought the key to the post office, and three days later she returns with an attitude and proceeded to call us "f"en idiots for giving her a key to a "broken" door that she didnt close right. No one picks up the phone, ever, so we went to the post office to complain. We were told to file complaints online repeatedly because no one there was equipped to handle complaints at the post office. Online complaints were forwarded back to them and we were suppose to hear a response from them. Nothing. Our packages dont get here and no notices are left, we have to take our tracking numbers to the post office with the hour long line. Currently our unstable mail lady has refused to deliver mail again because of a smattering of snow on our steps, called me a low life this morning for not shoveling it. We will continue to file complaints through more adequate channels.

This is the most Incompetent post office I have ever dealt with I was sent certified mail and knew I would have to sign I spent two days at home waiting for my bell to ring it never did I also been tracking my package on the app where I can see all the scans the driver does he lied and said he attempted delivery that has never been attempted I was home all day no one knocked on my door no one rang my bell no notice was left yet on the app it says a notice was left I call the post office told them to hold my package I go the next morning and of course they sent my package for redelivery I mean how hard is it to follow instructions I then put in 2 complaints on this same delivery driver and yet nothing is done I will never again in my life use the post office I will only use UPS or FedEx at least with them they actually deliver my mail. Absolutely ridiculous

It baffles me how this post office has still been in business despite all of its negative reviews. As an avid Amazon user with a prime membership, receiving packages days AFTER the promised delivery date is all too infuriating. A one time mishap is forgiving, but to receive "delivery attempted, receptacle blocked" notifications every. single. time. is redundant. Its almost become a routine. I order something on Amazon, wait the whole day at home in case I need to let the delivery person in, get antsy when the clock hits 6 PM because I know deliveries ceases at 8 (according to Amazon,) and then receive a notification saying an attempt was made. I check my apartment door and my lobby door for any form of notice. None whatsoever every time. I dont understand. The post office is only a 15 minute walk from my house, but I can never receive packages on time!!!!!

I dont know where to begin. The management is horrible. The supervisor doesnt care and doesnt accept any responsibility. You can file a claim etc. Youre never going to get a call back. The supervisor denies everything and claims he doesnt know anyone who works there. Ridiculous. A couple of tellers are actually really friendly and helpful but the others are very unpleasant. You cannot say hello without getting a attitude. When someone comes in with an accent, this one teller becomes upset and is extremely rude and intolerant of them. The package delivery guy doesnt knock on my door. He just leaves the notice or hell throw the package full force at my door and consider that knocking and leave. I say this because Ive seen him. Ive lost so many packages. I dont mind paying extra for it to not be delivered via USPS.

Im so sick of the delivery personnel I ordered something from eBay it was marked delivered 04/26/17 left in mail box. I get home to fine and empty mail box no notice left so sick of this crap. Because at the end of the day is I have to make a complaint to eBay Ill get the runaround and it all falls on me Im the one that losses out on money and item. I mean isnt it funny to say an item was delivered but yet you have to go into the office to Enquire or pick up your package? Seems very suspicious, deceiving and very questionable to me but I do have a nice time when the tall African American lady at the far end is there she has always been very helpful and Courteous to me. I never take my anger-out on the tellers its the delivery drivers that are the problem.

home all day , no knock ,no bell was rung, no note saying they attempted to deliver . just me waiting all day refreshing the tracking number only to see "Receptacle Blocked We attempted to deliver your item . Delivery of the item could not be completed because the mail receptacle was blocked. You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office beginning If this item is unclaimed by then it will be returned to sender." i was here all day my mailbox isnt "blocked" by anything this isnt the first time this has happened packages have been stolen and lost by them before . may god have mercy on your mail if need to use them

For government workers these people are unprofessional the mail carrier lost my package(or stole it) he is a unhappy jerk(Im being as nice as possible but hes worse than a jerk) Im waiting to see how they will fix this now. The guy that works in the office is nice he seems to be the only one with a brain Edit to add I placed a order on Amazon with the wonderful 2 day delivery. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday after the huge snow storm we got and almost a week later in still waiting. I remember when they use to say threw rain ,sleet,snow well deliver your package. Yeah right not with these people they could careless about peoples personal belongs and should all be fired.
