I Want To Give Them NO Stars But That Isnt An Option This Post Office Has Been The WORST For Years Ive Moved From This Zip For 10 Years Only To Return To The Same Madness Packages Are Rarely Delivered On Time Its Usually A Day Or Two Delay For No Reason Even When Tracking Shows Arrival At The Post Office Over Night, The Next Day It Wont Be Out For Delivery And When It Is Marked "Out For Delivery" It Still Seldom Comes That Day The Delivery Team Will LIE And Say "No Access" When The Building Has A Buzzer And The Recipient Is Home Only To Return The Next And Use THEIR Keys To Access The Building They Also Have A Tendency To STUFF And DESTROY Packages Into Boxes They Fold Packages In Half Not Knowing What The Contents Are( I Once Recieved A Folded Leather YSL Clutch For My Wife Which Now Has A Permanent Crease) They NEVER Delivery On Sundays Even Though The USPS Has This Big Deal With AMAZON To Do So And To Cover Their A**es Theyll Use The "No Access" Ploy. Calling The Post Office Will Do NO Good As They Wont Even Answer And If By Chance Of A Miracle Someone Slips Up And Picks Up The Phone They Wont Know ANYTHING About ANYTHING Which Is Bull Because I Once Had An Overnight Package With Some Custom Gold Pieces In It That I Had Paid Extra To Make Sure It Got Here That Morning They Tried To Not Deliver It, This Was One Of The Miracle Times Somone Answered I Informed Them Of The Refund Policy And They Had A Post Office Worker Drive Over The Package In His Private Car SMH The Madness Going To The Post Office Wont Help Much Either As Theyll Insist The Package Is Out With The Delivery Team, Only To Find Out It Was There All Along After Youve Had Someone At The House Talk To The DeliveryMan And They Say They Dont Have That Package In Their Possession Hours Of Annoyance For A Service You Paid For And Should Be Easy! There Is One Exception With This Post Office Its The Elder Gentleman Of East Asian Descent Who ALWAYS ALWAYS Gets Packages Deliverd The Day It Was Marked For Delivery Hes An EXCEPTIONAL Worker And The ONLY Saving Grace For This Post Office

Its been said but Im going to say it too. They suck. They have a hard time finding your package when you get there. And dont think that youre not going to have to go there unless its a package that fits in your mail box. They will leave a pink slip in your box if it doesnt fit. I repeat they will leave a slip...not ring your bell or knock at your door. Package doesnt fit you get a slip hell Ive seen them not even have the package and leave a slip!!! The hell with this place Ill never send anything through them again after repeatedly dealing with this crap. My chromecast would have fit in my box by the way and I was home with my daughter when my girl came in with the slip today. 6/18/16. Theres no excuse. Done and over with these fools. Also they dont even know what their own policies and documents say. Case in point, when O have gone to pick up for my girlfriend they have told me that I need to bring her I.D. when it clearly states you or agent can pick up. (Bring this form and proper I.D. If your agent will pick up, sign in item 2, and enter agents name here). It does not say that the agent must bring the I.D. of the recipient as well.

i thought i was the only one!!! Im so upset ive never had these issues with the post office but they did the exact same thing to me, they were very rude when i called to ask about my package (after i called for about 2 hours straight during business hours and nobody was answering the phone) that was never delivered, hung up on me, and when i finally called and got this man he put me on hold for about 20 seconds and then told me that the package was not there. it must have been though bc it wasnt until a week later than i saw movement again that the package was going back to the shipper. i had ordered from GROUPON,com and after they returned it i was unable to repurchase the item with the deal so i completely lost out. I just ordered some clothes and theyre supposed to go through this local post office so i think on monday im going to just go pick up the package in person and hopefully i dont have to get crazy but in the event that i do they deserve it :). im going to try and report them on the better business bureau and i hope they all get fired.

its my local post office but the couriers almost never take the packages to your door they write out the slips long before they get to your place. At the post office theres only ever one person taking care of customers and if theres someone else there theyre rude to people waiting. Its almost like they dont want to be there. *Edit* Im editing my review mainly because I was waiting for a package today. I waited at home all day it said earlier in the day that they were out for delivery but they never came. I checked it after waiting since 10AM for them to show up (its now past 7PM) and now it says they left a notice. The notice was left according to their computer before my package was even sorted. This was something that was supposed to be an express delivery it was supposed to arrive on Saturday and its now Tuesday. This is now gross negligence on their part people cant spend whole days waiting for them to show and they never show up. I shouldnt have to wait for my package like this.

I acquired a PO BOX with this post office and none of our mail has made it to our BOX, I had piles and piles of someone mail. They lost very important mail and claim that it was an error on the change of Address. I have made 4 corrections and talked to 4 different people who claimed that they would notify the Branch manager and after several attempts on my behalf to correct their blaten incompetency and many lost very important documents. We have decided to filer a lawsuit against this place that is called a post office. Last but not least when I asked about my lost and undelivered mail which we have not received for 4 months, we get a call that someone has our car title it was sent to them from that post office and it does not even have their name on the address but mine. LAWSUIT because they lost and lied and mis-handled time sensitive information which has affected our lively hood. This place should be closed rather then remain open out of convenience.

I ordered some things off e-bay earlier this month. On my delivery date it said delivered....I never received the package. it was small enough to fit inside the mailbox therefore it didnt need an electronic signature, but some how the packaged was signed for electronically and when i went to figure out who signature was on it..they told me it didnt have a signature.i spoke to the mail man (route13) who handles my mail and he told me he wouldve never left mail in my mail box because the building is "bad and he wouldved came up the 5 flights to drop it off which is a lie because every package i have ever ordered was dropped off in my mailbox before and after this occasion. I was home on the day and time it was suppose to be delivered. This post office hasnt done anything productive to help me with my search and i have a open case with them now. my hallways have cameras, well see what happened to my mail
