I called this post office this morning today is Friday November 18th 2016 I had a important question about an important package I was trying to figure out why I have never gotten it I just wanted some answers and they never answer the phone they put me on hold three times and the fourth time they picked up the phone and put it down and didnt even acknowledge me

Their new guys need re training. Mailed two packages on Thursday - both Express mail - one registered one plain to same address. Was told both would be there Saturday. The plain package arrived Saturday - the registered hasnt as yet on Monday and they have no idea where it is? Next time - it will be through Fedex or UPS. No wonder USPS is in trouble!

They dont answer the phone... they dont deliver the mail either. I get USPS Delivery Alerts and of the 70+ pieces of mail that Ive had photos emailed to me ...the last 2 weeks, Ive received NONE. This is illegal activity wether through deliberate act or via negligence. I suggest moving if you live anywhere this post office services.

Excellent Service!!!!!!! very nice people !!!! its the CUSTOMERS theyre so rude so Disrespectful!!! Dont know how to be patient and just wait for your turn. THE BEST POST OFFICE!!!!!!! IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS POST OFFICE WALK TO THE NEXT ONE. NEXT ON LINE LOL PLEASE KEEP IT MOVING !!!!!

I would give no star worst serviced ever time of delivery is never on time and delayed! Third time i order something from Amazon usually is delivered by UPS never have any problems only USPS never seem to find my location and im two traffic lights away!!! Are you kidding me?!?!

The Sacrsdale annex has the worst service. And its a waste of time trying to resolve any issues. And just forget about trying to call them. They never ever answer the phone there. Also mail doesnt come till 5 PM in my building.
