Poor customer service and package delivery. Called all day saturday in reference to tracking package, no answer..went around 12 noon , waited 20 minutes to be told pa kage was out for delivery..on my way home i see postal truck pull into my apt building driveway..i pull in behind it.. the driver pulls around to the front and then turns around and heads to the back of the building.i thought maybe he decided to park at the back instead of yhe front..i check the back lot after i park and the truck is gone, he never stopped, he drove all the way around tje building and left..i tried to call the post office again, no answer .i called again at one, no answer. So now i know why i get delivery attempt notices showing online but never a slip on the mailbox or at the door.. they just drive by. And then mark them "attempted"..i have had this happen many times..even when someone is home.. i wish i could rate a 0 and that anyone at the united states postal service cared.. If by some miracle the package is delivered today or i see a slip even thoigh someone was home, ill update this review..

If I could give this post office no stars, Id give them less than that. Terrible employees, packages never get delivered and please - stop bsing people by saying you attempted delivery when you didnt. Ive been waiting on a redelivery for 4 days. Signed the 3849 slip to authorize redelivery and to leave the package the first time there was an attempt - slip is gone, another attempt was apparently made yesterday at 7:27a even though my dad was out fixing the garbage pales at that time and NO ONE WAS THERE..called today and spoke with a rude clerk who said itd be delivered today and guess what? 3:00p and nothing. Get off your lazy @$$ and actually deliver us our packages, dont scan them from your truck and say you tried to. I wish I could request for places not to send stuff through USPS anymore, especially since I have to deal with this crap post office.

The post office service has been fine when I went I guess. However, I would like if the delivery people would do a better job of not getting mail mixed up. I get mail for my neighbors, and sometimes mail for people who are not even all that close to where I am. One time I got mail for someone who was practically on the other side of the zip code, but happened to have the same house number. Another time I got a batch of other peoples mail. This of course raises the question: If I sometimes get other peoples mail, how often do other people get my mail? Frequency-wise, I would say it happens at least once every 3 months. It used to be worse (5-6 years ago it was almost every other week) so I guess maybe theyre working on it.

I wish I can give this place a zero. It never fails to amaze me on how incompetent , disrespectful and ghetto these people are who work here. I have never seen a post office like this in my life. You call them NO ANSWER, you go there and expect to be treated fairly fat chance and then to top it off you ask for a re delivery nothing. I have been having a problem with this post office for years. I still can not understand why this place is still up and running. Do not even bother going down there and expect answers or anything in that nature because you will NOT get it. Hope this helps. Try to refrain from ordering anything that comes in USPS

This post office is the worst.I havent received my mail in a week.The mail carrier told me because the area around my mail box isnt clear he wont be delivering my mail.He was very unprofessional.I am handicap.I cant walk to the post office every other day to pick up my mail.They could have put a note up stating until the area is clear we will not be delivering mail.not literally run from a woman on a cane like I was going to attack him.lol.If I could I would give them -0&thats being being nice.I guess Ill spend my morning getting my weeks worth of mail.

I ordered something in the local area of Yonkers which is about 4-5 east of my house. My package got sent WEST to CALIFORNIA (all the way across the country). It was a Priority Mail 2-Day shipping package but since the screw up of this USPS Post Office it turned out to be 3 weeks until I got my package. Nice work guys (thats sarcasm in case you didnt notice you screw ups). Just letting everyone know, ship your packages via USPS, DHL or FedEx if you want your package to be sent fast and secure. STAY AWAY FROM USPS!

This place is terrible. USPS in general is a horrible company but this post office specifically is filled with probably the most useless, lazy people Ive ever encountered. A package I was supposed to get was apparently held up because there was no valid recipient and they gave me no notice. When I went to the post office I asked if the package was there and the lady was in the back for maybe 2 minutes before she gave up and said, "I cant see it; leave your number and Ill call you." That was 4 days ago.

This location is VASTLY better than Fleetwood Mount Vernon. Mind you, the fleetwood post office is walking distance for me, I DRIVE here because of the better service. The line ACTUALLY moves and the people here have been very pleasant, and oh wow answer questions politely rather than make a face. Will be leaving fleetwood review- stay away from there unless you like uneducated, rude, horrible attitude, unfriendly, unintelligent, service.

The people who work here are way much better than the post office on Main Street and Southbroadway. They actually are nice and do not have attitudes. They help you out with making good shipping decisions too, well at least for me. I dont know this clerks name but she is a Spanish lady I think with long hair, she is so nice!! And sweet! I actually drive about 10 mins to get here instead of going to my local post office. The best!

How can I run a business when I schedule package pick up and no one shows to pick it up? This has happened numerous time, always claiming they never received the notice to pick up. I had a package waiting here for over a week! The last time it was almost 2 weeks. I gave them their fair share of chances to do the right thing since we are paying for shipping! This is the last time. Using UPS from now on.

Worst customer service of any post office Ive ever dealt with. They flat out lie about delivering items to your house and then act as though your putting them out when you go to the main office and ask they actually look for the item they lie about leaving at your door. This has happened to me 4 times already. Not to mention they close earlier than their hours listed and dont answer their phone.

I dont understand why they never ring my bell. everytime when i know im expecting something and from usps, i do stay home waiting for them , every time its the same story and nothing. and them i receive a msg saying that they try to attempt a deliver but nobody was home. really? they dont even come to my house. That s really annoying
