One of the most friendly place I been. I post 1-200 packages daily. Most of the time their mailman Michael always come to pick up my packages, he is very friendly and helpful. I even got his cell and we text each other about package pick ups. When I have to go to post office myself, I can knock the manager office and he welcomes me in (if you have prepaid packages, they let you in) Besides going trough hundred packages by the teller will cause a lot of wait time for other customers. I been to couple post office over the last 17 years. This is one of the best one in terms of the people. The only other post office that comes close is the fresh meadows branch.

Personal opinion complaint ... I just moved to Queens & get a pobox and can not believe that I do not have axis to my pobox 24/7 ... why am I compaining? Because I lived in Dallas Texas 20 yrs and had more than one PO box for years at the United States Post Office ... and its always 24/7 axis to the PO box. To me its ridiculous that I can only pick up my mail during regular business hours. Even when I worked at office jobs where I had to go to the post office after work and it was closed, I still had axis to open my bosss PO box. Wow unbelievable to me ...thats all that I have to say for now

Horrible horrible delivery service. Numerous occasions I was home all day expecting a package that I knew was arriving and NEVER does the driver ring the house bell. At the end of the day, the tracking number says "Notice was left" and sometimes there isnt any!!!! and the station manager doesnt seem to care because I was been there numerous times with the same issue. Regular mail delivery isnt better either, I have 2 boxes on my house (both CLEARLY labeled) and the letter carrier just puts ALL the letters into one box.

This post office is a perfect example of why the USPS is having to cut back. No one ever answers the phone. UPS started to hand off some package to the post office and this is the 2nd time since they started doing that that my package says delivered and its no where to be found. Went to the office spoke to the manager and he said "I dont have my drivers number so youll have to wait till he comes back so I can ask him". Writing to UPS and complaining to them about this new service

Terrible post office. Paid to have an item with sensitive information tracked to its destination. It was traveling from this post office to an address also in Queens. The item has been stuck with the designation of "In transit, delayed" for over a week. I call and I seriously get the response that they dont know where it is. Why did I pay money to have something tracked and then you lose it? Manager doesnt try to help. Took all of my information, but never looked into it.

It seems like all local post offices are understaffed so long lines and irritated staff are understandable. However, this branch is probably the worst. As many people have already mentioned the manager is utterly rude and incomprehensible. Speak with her and it will be clear that she is accountable for the chaos youll experience here. Try using the Linden Hill branch or pay some extra and use UPS/FedEx.

Pretty ridiculous my mail is sometimes days later then normal and sometimes I dont even get my mail. Ive been home before expecting a package and they never knocked/rang doorbell and just put the slip in the mailbox, wasting my time making a trip to pick it up when I was home in the first place. This post office should be reported to the post master general.

Terrible service, I was home all day waiting for my package and this is the 4th time out of 4 times that they leave a notice saying that they dropped by. They are not doing their job and wasting peoples time. I hope to never do service with usps again especially this location. They need to step it up because their service is garbage.

I was waiting for my package to arrive all day and it said that !an attempt was made to deliver your package, but the business was closed. We will deliver it on the next business day." To tall BULLSHIT. Ive been at my store ALL DAY and we dont close till 6pm today. This was at 330 pm. I NVER saw anyone try to deliver a package today!

samething happened to me. It said notice was left and i was home the whole day. and no one came to deliver. And they only try to deliver once, and they said they wont deliver again only if customer request another delivery. seriously!! what a B*. And when i tried to call the office no one picked up. Had to call few times.

The mailman never rings the doorbell they just leave a note saying they showed up and I always end up having to go to the post office to pick up my deliveries. I am home waiting half of the day , I leave a note on my mail box and they still do not ring the bell.

Never pick up their phone no matter how many times I called. Never deliver a package but just stated that no secure location available even though somebody was home. And never ring the bell and leave notice. Terrible service.

Package was stolen and the Post Office refuses to even call me back. Ive called them over 20 times and theyve only picked up twice. Claim now denied. This is absurd.
