*UPDATE* i went back today and there was a very friendly girl there! wish i would of gotten her name!* review earned a extra star because of her! if i could give it a NO star i would,... customer service is horrible, the girl at the window gives you attitude for no reason. its a desk job how hard can it be? i went in to send a package around 11am asked if they hard larger boxes & right there she got annoyed told me thats all they had, cool.. theres a sign that says "ask clerk for tape".. i asked her for the tape i wrapped up my package and when i go to send my package i see she scanned the tape im like i didnt want to purchase tape? she said well we provide free boxes the least you can do is pay for the tape.. ? what im paying to send those boxes cost maybe 20cents to make... mind you they charge you the box in the shipping no company now a days gives anything "free". she than continues to get her attitude, because im telling her there is no sign that says " please ask clerk to PURCHASE tape" i work 2 blocks away i could of saved 4$ but no got tricked into paying for tape & on top of that called me cheap? usps should really look into the customer service at this department due to the simple fact that its a small one and its not very busy in the morning & its a friendly neighborhood no need to give people attitude we just want to ship and have a good day. also be more aware that someone might of not had that 4$ to pay for tape, other USPS stores have available tape for you to use. its the 21st century..

If only Google allowed for a negative star rating. This post office is walking distance for me, but I end up driving to the Yonkers location. Staff is uneducated, rude, miserable, unintelligent, sad bunch of degenerates. I have given this place multiple chances and its always the same horrible service. Do not dare ask a question as they will make a face then repeat themselves primitively as if the question is being answered. Massive lines that do not move (who wants to spend over a half hour at a post office??); not that staff cares to make any sort of effort on making a faster, friendlier and efficient service experience a priority (oh heaven forbid they actually do their job! -sarcasm). In the past, I have literally only come here because my management company doesnt have a better payment system (i.e. No online pay service). Otherwise, I would not have ever spent a single minute of my precious time in this god awful establishment. New staff needs to be hired and TRAINED on the very basic concepts of what customer service is. Good luck to those who need to continue to come to this USPS location.

Dropped a prepaid one-day express envelope in the box outside the post office because there was a 15 person line for the window. That was on Saturday before last collection, the package didnt get its arrival scan until Wednesday morning. No one could help me or track where the package was up until now..... How where they sitting on a piece of express mail for over 3 business days!? And, while Im at it, their postal carriers never put the correct mail in the correct box regardless if the name or address is right.... All my neighbors complain about this on a weekly basis

-5 star rating. The worst post office i have ever dealt with. I waited home all day for a package. tracking status said delivery attempted and no one home. This is all lies since no one even attempted to deliver the package. i was home the whole day! no door bells, no knock, nothing. they did not even leave a slip, even though tracking said they did so. terrible. avoid at all costs. USPS should close and burn this location down.

This is by far the absolutely worst post off ive ever had to deal with. 1st of all there are 3 counters and only 1 of them is ever open. The people who delivers big packages are liars. They will say attempted to deliver and never show up not even leaving a slip. Then when you go to the post office to pick up your package youre told that its not there!!! Smh if you can try to 100% avoid getting anything shipped through them

Literally like 20 people its hot no air and only 1 window open on a Monday at 1130! With all these mail box fishing happening people are going to go into the post office more to deliver their mail at least have 3 people in there. And on top of that the lady who was sitting at the second window was on her personal cell phone the whole time. Not good!!

0 stars been waiting for a package since Saturday (4/8/17) and they claimed they have made 2 attempts so far WHILE iM WAITING AT HOME ! The entire team needs to be fired and replaced with competent people who love their jobs because this is getting old really fast.

Very poor service office with horrible customer care. Staff are rude and slow. The line had 15 people waiting and only one window open. In a span of 20 mins only one person was seen. Highly recommended to go somewhere else if you can.

This is the worst post office in America with out any exaggeration. For the last 3 years Ive lived here in fleetweed, I can not reach them by phone EVER !! Very rude and disrespectful for no reason Extremely unprofessional.

1) They make one attempt at a delivery for a package (Amazon book) and if no answer on a rainy day, send back to post office, then back to originator. What happened to 3 attempts? 2) They NEVER answer phone.

I just waited 45 minutes for the Fleetwood Post Office to open!!!!! At 9:45- still locked . This is unbelievable and people waiting said its not uncommon!! Somebody should get docked or fired,
