This is the third time I receive a certified letter notice in my mailbox. The thing is, there is always someone in the house that could sign for it, but the post person does not bother to come up the steps and ring the bell. The last time, I did not receive mail for one week and then I got a big bundle, and inside the bundle a certified letter notice. By the time I received it, it was too late and I never did find out what it was. This morning I decided to be late for work and pick up my letter. The notice says they are open at 8am. When I got there, the door says they open at 9am, so I could not even do that. I am trying to call them, but their phone does not work.

The female attendant with the buzz cut is extremely rude and lazy, and offers an attitude for no reason at all. She also sits on the phone while "helping" you. Her attitude was extremely unappreciated.

Why are there political stickers plastered on the mailbox? This is strictly illegal and definitely unappreciated.
