I am giving them a one star cause I cant do less... talk about a poor customer experience. On vacation with my family we blew one of our tires and went in there to buy a tire and they told us that they dont sell to customers but we would have to buy all four tires for them to sell it to us and that if we didnt buy it he would call everyplace in town so that no one would sell it to us... and thats just what they did. Worse place ever! I understand that if I had to buy at least two tires, which is what we did at another place, to get it changed because of how these things work in cars... I would have been ok with it. But holy cow, talk about taking advantage of people. I DO NOT recommend this place to anybody.

"Bait and switch" I went to their website, printed a quote for tires ($360 with installation), called a day before, set an appointment. Then showed up and the guy behind a counter took a look at my Printed Quote from their website and said, "hmm, thats not correct, this not correct, we had to fedex tires for you, blah blah blah, we can do it for $499". So I thought to myself, "do I have a sign on my forehead that says Im an idiot or something". Told him Im not interested any more, and as I was leaving he shouted that he can do it for $400. I said "no thanks" because I was afraid that scammers like that will do something to my car or something. I wouldnt trust these guys.

I came in to the shop becauze I was out of town and needed and my driver side window was stuck and needed rolled up before a 10 hour drive. After quoting a 30min ($55) labor I was charged $110 to get it back up since I didnt pay $350 for the part/labor they wanted to fix this. I looked up the part online and it was 1/3 of what they quoted. Also I was trying to get back on the road quickly and the technician took a long lunch between looking at my car so it took over two hours to get back on the road. I took the time to review this shop in the two hours that I have been waiting here. I would not recommend this shop for any reason emergency or otherwise! Justin

Do not go here. They told me my wifes car needed front and rear brakes to pass inspection. No problem there. The problem was they quoted me 3-4 hours of labor to replace 4 sets of brake pads. Ive done brakes plenty of times and knew this was nonsense immediately and also knew Id never go back there. I did it in my driveway in a little over an hour with a jack and hand tools. They have a lift and air tools. On top of the abuse of labor quotes they will give you a grocery list of whats wrong with your car at every visit. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
