4 stars for the Oil change. It was quick and the staff was polite and good experience. ZERO stars for the "free" car wash valued at $18. So I figured car was very dirty so I ran just a wash on the first run for $12.00 then drove around gas station and cashed in the free "better wash" and tacked on the inside rubber mats for $7 extra. After the two runs they did an OK job on the inside left the cup holders dirty. The mats looked great. The outside of the car was terrible. Streaks of soap on the windows and trunk. The alloy wheels looked barely touched and still dirty. Not a great feeling after all that time in the car wash. SKIP IT!! Go somewhere else. Later in the afternoon I did go with my car to another place in New Rochelle that for $2 less that if I had paid for this place did a Fantastic job (feels and looks like a full detail) in comparison. Avoid the car wash part of this place.

SYNTAX CALENDAR

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. I took my New 2013 Fiat Abarth there for an oil change last weekend. Everything seemed fine and I left unsuspecting back to nyc, this weekend the check engine light came on, pulled over and checked the oil - not a drop on the dipstick - looked under the car and oil EVERYWHERE. They did not put the 50cent rubber oil ring on when changing the filter - the engine pumped all the oil out of the motor - seroiusly jeopardizing the engine and turbo. I took it to another mechanic that fixed it and discovered this was the problem. Incredibly negligent.

GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!! THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY HAVE SUCH LOW REVIEWS!!!! The car wash employees must be watched carefully when servicing your vehicle. For twenty dollars I have yet to get satisfactory service. Few times Ive seen customers bring their vehicles back to be re-serviced due to the fact that the employees try to hide the dirt in the vehicle rather than vacuuming it as they should. I used their detailing service once and that was a joke. Crazy thing is they have the nerve to get upset when spoken to. The management is inadequate to deal with this place

Very disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer for many years. In the beginning, I loved the quality of both the service and the staff. I do not own a new or expensive vehicle, but every time I go I would always leave a large tip because I appreciated the way I was taken care of. No More! This is the third time I heard the employees call my truck Basura! The last time it was said to my face as if he thought I dont understand Spanish.Im Done! And I will make sure all of the many people and friends Ive referred over the years will be done with them as well.

Dont understand all the negative reviews here. Ive been going here for many years - well before it added the lube service and have never had a problem. For just shy of $40, you can get an oil change and car wash. You wont do much better in the NYC area. The lube center is well organized and fast. Yes, they will try to sell you all sorts of extra service - but a polite no thanks solves that. There is a nice waiting area where you can sit down and watch the service being done on your car via closed circuit monitors. All-in-all, recommended.

Wash my car there for the past 13 years, Took my there today to wash and paid $42.94 which supposedly includes "full armoral" car didnt get exterior armoral during exterior wash, I politely spoke with the manager explain the situation he said I needed to pay$20 more to get The full armoral. Really? Car wash is not the same, they used to have polite nice workers, this guys there have no idea what they are talking about. The wash there are no longer worth the money they charge and their management knows nothing about customer service.

Looked like a nice clean place so took my BMW there on 6/23/15 for an oil change. Spent $367 and had them do engine cleaning and differential oil as well. Immediately after temperature needle went to red and car overheated. I brought car back to them and hey looked over everything for about an hour and told me it was most likely a broken thermostat and sent me away. Next day I went to my mechanic and found out that they had emptied the coolant fluid but never refilled it. I wish I read these other reviews before I went there.

They dont do an amazing job but they get the job done and move pretty quick. Last time I went early so it wasnt busy, a lot of guys outside at the drying area. I got the silicone for the tires and they didnt properly apply the silicone nor did they wipe it off so it left a thick blue residue. There were no less than 6 guys standing around and I was the only car out there (just stressing the fact it wasnt busy). I waited for someone to do it but finally had to ask them to wipe off the excess silicone or whatever that stuff is.

Do not take your car there! The workers steal things out of your car! I took my car there and had only the exterior washed and literally in the moment they took to move my car onto the belt they stole my gps which was in a plain case and not easy visible. They also didnt even do a good job at cleaning my tires. Simply awful experience, apparently Im not the only one who had items stolen.

Be warned they absolutely do not know how to Mount rims and tires they had all sorts of dings and gouges Around the lip and center it looked as if the rims was curbed and then the guy had put all the tires on in the wrong direction. Further damaging the wheels. I had an appraisal for the repair they cause 375.00 dollars worth of damage. its a shame Ive been good customer for years.

Price was high for an oil change wasnt too happy the way they did your oil change then you had to take your car through the carwash at any other establishments they normally drive the car through the carwash for you since you already having your oil change they need to change that and drive the car for you instead of the customer having to deal with that big line

Did a quick oil change but they definitely push the up-sell. Any name brand oil is at least 2x the advertised price and theyll push filter replacements and other stuff on you. At least you get a free car wash out of it. They did a good job, and it was definitely quick, but Ill probably go elsewhere in the future for less hassle and to save money.

Clean and well-lit. Very professional, well-mannered staff. The (automated) car was is simply just mediocre. $34.99 + tax got me the following: 1. Each of my wheels had brake dust residue. 2. Elements of the car were still noticeably wet. 3. There was so much tire shine applied that I had to tip one of the guys to remove the excess.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Came in for a routine wash, left with a ½ inch paint chip on my hood and a dent on my trunk. Manager, Norman, admitted the chip looked fresh, but stated I couldn’t prove Pelham Manor Wash caused it. He said I would have to take them to court if I wanted to get money from them. -Displeased Customer.
