Besides expert service, the crew and management are honest and friendly. I left a small piece of jewelry under my mat before I brought in and forgot to take out. They had it hanging on my mirror when I came out to car. When I went into praise the staff to mgr, other customers also vouched for the honesty of crew as they had similar experience with them. That goes a long way!

Worth the price comparing to similar places. Nice work on the exterior as well as the interior (with leather shining). Might need a little bit more wiping on the inside of windshield (towel wiping sign left over, but not significant). Free coffee/popcorn/biscuits(Biscoff is favourite!) inside is unexpectedly cool.

Quality is on and off. Went for the $22 Gold Wash today, utterly disappointed. Windscreen, front and sides all clearly dirty after the wash. This happened a few months before as well, but I started going back since their location was convenient. Never again.
