Does the staff treat me courteously and professionally? Not really. The cashier is on the phone and looks like a robot. The dryer guys just leave your car there when they apparently finish. Do they realize they work for tips? I dont think they do, so i dont bother tipping. They dont even dry the car properly... im going to the competition going forward... (boston road car wash)

I got my car fully detailed inside and out including the engine and I was very impressed with the work they did! My car looks brand new like the day I bought it. My seats were so stained and the guys got it all out, smells great too!! They did an amazing job, so very pleased and I will be back!! .. And Jose is the best, thank you!!

This place is horrible. I paid extra for the Grand Slam and received my car back with nothing cleaned on the inside. They didnt do anything extra to the inside which is what I paid extra for. When I asked them about this, they just kept passing the blame and did nothing about it! I will never return.

One worker when i asked are you done didnt put armor all on the tires i was not looking at and didnt I notice it till i got out of the car. He was smirking at me when i asked rediculous. They just leave your car there when they wipe your car for 30 seconds. Poor Job and they leave your car still wet.

Everyone greeted me with a smile. The car looked great when they were done. $10.50 got me inside out cleaning. Nice, neat, roomy waiting area has TVs. I guess you need that if youre getting detailing or lube job.
