I was in a bind. I had covered my finances car with a drop cloth during some rain and some old paint transferred from the cloth to her black hood and adhered solidly and wouldnt come off. I tried various non-destructive ideas like water, mineral spirits and then tried car compound which did work but dulled the hood finish, which I couldnt shine back to factory with hand rubbing. I needed a professional buffer and since Id done some work, there was the concern that I may have already taken off too much clear coat which might make buffing burn through the black and thus dangerous. I called and explained to Samantha who couldnt have been nicer or more reassuring they could handle it and asked me if I could bring the car in right away to show the manager, Juan. WOW. I was already impressed with the service and availability. When I got there, it wasnt like they werent busy which is why Samantha asked I bring in the car immediately. Every stall was filled, but they were prepared to work me in. Juan looked over the hood and discussed the potential issues which centered on the fact that car companies today dont shoot as much clear coat as they used to, but he felt very confident they could solve the problem and restore the shine. I signed up for their 5 Start service which is full exterior and interior detailing. I didnt have a way back and was going to take taxi but Juan offered to have me picked up since I only live a couple miles away. Several hours later, one of their staff was at my door. I was on the edge of his seat wondering how the hood came out. WELL.. it was GORGEOUS! Outside and In. Not only did they completely restore the dulled out hood, the level of care and detailing throughout the car was top notch. I couldnt be happier and so is my fiancé. I have to admit with a 3.6 rating, and being a car wash that did detailing as opposed to a detailer only, I was concerned whether theyd handle it or burn through the finish costing me a hood repainting. I even mentioned this politely to both Samantha and Juan and they both assured me that Id be writing this ultra positive 5 Star review after they worked on my car. For any one on the fence about Splash Car Wash, Im not sure how the negative review people got what they got, but what I got was nothing like their experience and Juan and Staff did a stellar job and this wasnt just a detail. It had a potential problem lying in wait. I wish you could see the car. Its a 2007 black A3 Audi wagon with high end wheels and the car looks literally BRAND NEW and yet its 8 years old! I will be bringing my car in next and recommending Splash to everyone I know. Their pricing was in line with other detailers in the area plus they use Groupon too. The ONLY downside to this story is actually not with them and more with New York. When you wash the car here, it typically rains the next day. Well, having done a full extensive detailing we got a deluge last night with flood warnings. So... I gotta go back and do a regular wash. Maybe Ill get a break :D HEY.. just had a thought. Maybe if enough people wash their car in California, they can solve their draught problem? Anyway... many thanks to Samantha, Juan and the staff that also worked on my car. It was an A+++ job. Thank you guys. If you need your car washed or detailed, Splash is your place. Dont even think about going anywhere else. Steven

Splash car wash is great, especially their monthly unlimited packages, however this Splash car wash in White Plains Doesnt even come close to the Splash in Greenwich CT. Theres No hand wash like the other Splash car washes and the staff is very unfriendly. The worker who greets you continuously tries to upsell me on things like tire shine and mats cleaned even if I have said i dont want them. Its quite funny in fact, because all of the other carwashes Ive been to include cleaning the mats and tire shine with a wash, here you have to pay extra. Splash WP is 5 mins from my house but I will 100% drive to Splash in Greenwich or go to Rafaels Hand Wash in North WP before returning here.

i have a white BMW. Somehow there was little dots of paint in the bumper. I have been going to other car washes asking people who work there to take care of it, but it seems all they care is just getting you out the car wash ASAP or they just give you an attitude . When I took it to splash there was a kid with a hug smile, i think his name is Irvin. I told him if he could take care of it, to my surprise unlike many others in other car washes, he erased all the red stains from the front bumper. He didnt made any excuses not to do it he just smile and took care of the job, really nice kid. Im definitely satisfied I will be coming only to splash for now on.

Wow can i say that you have not heard already. The services i received were awesome. I was very impressed with a young lady Samantha.Wow was she on her toes. Had everything under control.Answered questions i had, also was very outgoing. Where customer service is nonexistent It was refreshing dealing with her. I wanted to take her home to help me get my life in order. All kidding aside dont know what you are paying her i just hope it is enough for this gem of a young lady. I will be back again. So thank you for the wonderful job on my car and thank you to Samantha.

I was here last Friday October 25, 2013 and I just wanted to express how happy I was with the service. From the minute i pulled up to the wash I was greeted promptly and courteously. The prices are very fair and the options a very wide. When I entered to pay for the wash I was greeted by the manager, Juan, who was very friendly and made sure my experience there was perfect. I just moved into the neighborhood and due to Juan and his staff, they have just gained a new customer, as well as my recommendations to my friends.

Terrible. Told the employee in the front twice that I wanted a car wash with my mats washed. I didnt see them wash my mats and even went back to the guy in the front and told him. He said yes they washed it already. Thinking I just might have missed it, I went to check my car after it was washed and my mats were not washed... I told them and they quickly did it leaving wet and half washed mats in my car and had to wait around even longer for them to finish. Will never come back.

They are horrible! Dont go here! My car was still dirty, 3 of 4 tires shined, yellow food crumbs were clearly still visible on the front seat, car was still wet when they said it was done, dashboard not properly cleaned. All this I paid extra to make sure it was done. They did not. Then I asked if I can get a rag to properly do it myself. They told me no. Then manager came over to do it herself and then began to justify her guys doing a horrible job. Never ever going here again!
