The WORST experience ever!!!! I absolutely hate this place and will not recommend to anybody!!! Be advised that once you become a member, it is impossible to cancel your membership! They will continue taking money from your account and you will have to call and go there multiple times to only hear lies that you are canceled but at the end it turned out that they dont cancel your membership (dont give any reason), but they continue taking money from your card without even letting you know. I even went to talk to the manager, who promised to return the money they were not suppose to take, but this was LIE again!!! They never returned my money. I told everybody I know about this place and nobody will go there. You can see from the other reviews in Yelp and Google that I am not the only one having such experience with this HORRIBLE company.

This gym will not give pricing info unless you meet with a membership rep (personal trainer) and take a tour of the gym first. Before you can take the tour, it is mandatory that you give them your name, phone number, home address, email, current employer, as well as other personal information. When I questioned why they needed my personal info just to take a supervised tour (especially when all I wanted was pricing info) the manager told me it was "for security reasons, like any office building". You would have to be a fool to believe that. I will not be giving even one cent to a business that uses shakedown sales tactics. These types of places prey on people who are impressed by a fancy front counter and pseudo exclusivity. Please dont support businesses like this.

Gym is okay. The staff (front desk) are definitely not friendly - no smile, hello or a welcoming presence. They seem preoccupied. The treadmill/cardio equipment are constantly out of commission, and it can be a hassle especially when youre on a time frame. They need to enforce cleaning up after yourself -- you would think that some of the members have no home training when it comes to picking up after yourself and many of them monopolize all the benches. Recently, which I find annoying, is that they have reps who are selling diet plans that continuously approach you when you enter/exit the gym -- stop soliciting. I just want to do my workout, and get out of there as soon as possible.

I would NOT recommend this place! The staff is unprofessional and not friendly. Front desk employees dont even lift their eyes from their phones to greet you, just silently point a scanner at you. Most of the members are between 18 and 25 years old and treat the club as a hangout place, hovering over the equipment. During the off hours members are allowed to use a fitness studio and some of them play offensive and explicit music. Ive been a member for about 3 years and the only reason why I still go there is location. But I am done.

You must be ok to be greeted back with a burp and no smile. Yes I walked in and greeted the reception with a hearty "good morning" and got no response except a BURP. To me it didnt look like he even tried to hide it, but its possible he thought the burp happened only inside. Im still very happy because my membership is very cheap and easy on my pocket. Guess we live in a world where you just have to be ok without basic manners.

Its become a ghetto gym for greaseball Russian/Bukharian Thugs, Juiceheads, Wannabe Millenial Gangstas and other assorted dirtbags who hog and camp out on the equipment. The Trainers are strutting ignorant felons who couldnt get real jobs elsewhere and frequently paw the female clients on a regular basis. I wouldnt go if it wasnt so convenient. Go at your own risk. It feels like a malevolent 3rd World Country in there...

Nice gym, friendly, all that stuff. But there is a one time $50 yearly maintenance fee, in top of the monthly cost, which is fine. However, the machines are all dusty, some dont work, the pins to choose weights arent connected to the wire, or anything at all. The locker room is consistently filthy. Its a good gym, would recommend, but the maintenance fee part is kind of... ridiculous

I am not a critique so my basic review is its a pretty good gym with good people. Locker room is smelly but not too bad and staff members could be little more professional but some are really good. Equipments are good for most people though some are outdated and non greased but still work. I would recommend it to average people not to bodybuilders.

Gym is a bunch of Old equipments that are not well maintained. The location also attracts students and a younger crowd that have no idea how to lift weights nor what proper gym etiquette is. These kids will hog a machine or weight and are generally disrespectful. Staff is a mix, Ive met friendly staff members but also some very rude ones.

Unfriendly employees, horrible phone services, and too many sweaty machines left. i think if they offered free towels for members people would actually use them on the seats. Plus the ab-coaster machine has been broken for a while now.

Almost there as other reviewers said. I come here with my wife, its an fine gym gets very crowded, bathrooms are average. Usually whole weight area is taken unless you come at off times. But otherwise fine gym for a workout.

Would join but only allow to pay for a monthly package for personal training while other places allow you to pay an appt package that you can use anytime. Bonus star for very good equipment and well ventilated space.

Fully enjoyed it during my 30 day membership offer. Made me wish to join the gym but cant justify paying $70+ just to become a member. $50 sound more reasonable. Great Sauna, Gym Machines and Mixed Classes.

Ive been a member here for few years. The club was 5 star but since they lowered the price it became overcrowded, dirty and too loud. No more towel rack and the sauna is always broken.

Terrible! They are overcharging, no one tries to help you and I am cancelling both my memberships today! Called them 30 times for a membership switch over. No one got back at me.

Former bowling alley, good location, nice layout - everything is on one floor, can get busy during the rush hour 6pm... Can be better, needs more barbells, dumbbells and towels.

Great staff, nice gym. The people go there are pretty cool. The weights are always placed back and ready to be used when you need them. The trainers are awesome as well.

Large space, but can get really crowded in the weight area during peak hours. The cardio area is massive and looks far easier to get whatever machine youd like.
