Not such a great job on my brakes. I went around town and got a few different quotes for a brake job on my truck and most shops were pretty pricey ($700-800 - ish). Took it in to Meineke and the counter asked me the year and make and said he would do it parts and labor under $500. Had the truck for the better part of nine hours. I finally called in when they didnt notify me and they said it was ready to go. The gave the truck back with an ABS indicator on but said I should be happy b/c I got the "deal of the century" b/c they had to disassemble the hubs to put new rotors on. Said it was b/c of rust and that I would have to buy new hubs to fix it. Went back a few times to try to get them to find another solution but they wouldnt. Guess it wasnt their typical brake job and they werent willing to do any more problem solving. Probably wont go back again. Macs II seems more reputable.

I had a wheel bearing that I knew needed to be replaced and a check engine light that was on. I took my 2007 vehicle to them and felt uncomfortable from the beginning. They fixed my wheel bearing but didnt have time to put it the engine on their diagnoses machine. I told them I would bring the car back tomorrow to finish the job. As soon as I started the car it sputtered and choked. I went back inside and asked what happened? The car sounded awful compared to 3 hrs ago and a wheel bearing shouldnt affect the engine. Two guys claimed they did nothing but the car only made it 1/4 mile down the road before it died!!!! I took it to another auto shop that actually had lights on in the waiting area. I wish that Meineke doesnt take advantage of anyone else. I do not trust them and I cant believe my car died by itself after they claim they only replaced a wheel bearing. Be Cautious!

Crazy Manager. I took the car for inspection the other day and it failed because the OBD codes were not ready for some reason. He started yelling at me that I had tampered with the battery to get the inspection passed and I was lying. He started to scare me and said that now the cops are on to me and you are screwed and what not. I asked him to explain in detail what was the issue with my car and he just went on blabbering and shouting at me - "its your car...how do I know"..i said well you are the mechanic so you should tell me whats the problem. Later I found out that it was a common issue when I took the car to another mechanic who properly explained me the reasons and fixed my car without assuming that I was someone who was trying to get my car inspected deceptively.

Very fair service and fast to boot. Had a slight brake problem that turned out to be an entire drum brake mechanism failure. They didnt anticipate this and called me to confirm a price increase. The quoted price at the phone call was actually lower than they found out the work to be. Even though the parts cost them more than my quoted price, let alone labor, the manager gave me a *discount* to keep it at the quoted price. This hands down will make me come back next time I need some servicing.

Every time i come here my car has been so loud that my neighbors hate me. And i come in. Wait an hour if that and drive away like a silencer was put on my car. This time it was a flex pipe and only cost me 60 plus tax. I will keep coming back because everyone else tries to make that extra Buck and charge unnecessary things. Here they fix the problem and tell the truth. They dont screw you over if they see you dont know anything about cars. 5 stars

They took care of us immediately on a Saturday without an appointment and without giving us a hard time about it. No playing games or sticking us with services and parts that werent needed. Took care of our brakes with new pads and rotors in 2 hours. Wouldnt pass us for inspection because of shocks and suggested that we fix it ourselves instead of paying them $250 to do it, then bring it back. Very honest and upfront. Will definitely return!

This place is overly priced. They charge more than they should and they try to convince you that you got the good deal. You will still get your car back with a lack of wash fluid warning light on while you just paid hundred bucks fixing a minor issue. The good thing is they are always not busy so you can get them start working on your car without waiting. Not recommended.

Can I give this place 0 stars? Because thats what it deserves. First off, the place is dirty and disorganized. The waiting area looks like a Mexican brothel. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. And when they gave me a quote to replace my muffler, they charged $150 more than Monro Muffler right down the street. Avoid this place unless you like getting scammed.

They did my oil change very fast and did not try to up-sell me on a bunch of other useless services like Jiffy Lube always does. They were friendly, and honest (I asked the guy about my control arm bushings, which another shop told me needed replacing, and the manager at Meineke told me they were fine).

Went in for a simple front brake replacement. Left with expensive and completely unnecessary high performance brakes on my 15yr old neon and a power steering problem. Do not recommend.

They get the work done very quick, do an excellent job, and have great prices. The place is a little dirty but they really make up for it with the quality of work

Be Cautious if you want to do major work. After they broke off the spark plug in my car, I wouldnt recommend this shop for any major work beyond oil change.

Great service. The manager is almost always there and is extremely polite and helpful. I got brakes resurfaced and they are excellent.
