Told them what I thought my problem was. Said they fixed it. Got me to do another service. When I got the car I still had the problem. Did not refund me what I paid or even half of it. Said they would only give me the money back in credit if I got the $700 job done to actually get it fixed right. And it was what I told them it was in the first place. Feel like I got duped by wanna be professionals.

Great service with integrity. I am picky about who I let touch my vehicles, and I trust these gentlemen completely. They will never take advantage of you, are highly skilled, and have a great hourly rate. Other places often pad the time, and then you pay for their smoking breaks too. QGS treats their customers like I would. I refer all my friends and family here.

Charge the same price as franchised regular mechanic. Made me change the catalytic converter when the problem is not with that. They are pretty bad when it comes to diagnosis. Most of the reviews below are from friends and families!

This shop is amazing Tan has got to be one of the best guys ive ever met. This shop is top notch theyll help you with almost anything on any car. Never been treated wrong by tan in the 8 years he has been my mechanic.

They will get the job done but will charge you a lot. Didnt ask me for my confirmation before buying the parts for my car and hence I had to pay double the price for a gas tank if I were to get it online.
