I asked them for an estimate for a trip I was planning. In my email I said: "The plan is to fly from A to B on August, x and return from C to A on August, y." They replied to me with two almost automatic emails suggesting trips from A to C to A. I asked them to re-read my email more carefully and they answered me with a new semi-automatic email with a new trip from A to C to A. After telling them that I wanted an one-way from A to B and an one-way from C to A, they said that in no place in my original email I have said they were on way trips.... I am not a native speaker, but I think that my email was very understandable. Besides, the emails they sent me were always very little professional. I will never use them again...
