Never use this agency. Covington never misses the opportunity to make a mistake. At first I thought they were just dishonest for booking flights that were 70% more expensive than I found online. Then they proved their incompetence with poor communication, failure to accurately put in travel details (such as frequent flier information) and wasting a tremendous amount of my time. After they screwed up travel for multiple members of the family, they had the audacity to pass through change fees from the airlines directly to us. Wow. Now thats customer abuse.

will NEVER use them again. Covington is all about money and not satisfying their customers. If anything goes wrong or you are not satisfied with something on your trip, they will not help you out. Dont waste your time or money on them.
