Having used Wilshire Catering/The Salad Man numerous times for different occasions, I have to say that their food is better than just "good" and the price and service absolutely cannot be beat. Consistently very good, Greg, Annie Jo and the rest of the crew have catered just salads for our company picnic; deli platters and salads on more than one occasion; an "Italian Lunch Buffet" they call The Wilshire; and also barbequed steak and chicken on site with full china/silver and dessert and coffee service. They also catered my daughters graduation party. You can only win when you hire Wilshire Catering/The Salad Man. They Rock!

Just tried food from Wilshire Restaurant & Catering today. The food was awesome. Their lunch buffet really cannot be beaten. They brought us chicken french, pasta, potatoes, greens&beans, salad, rolls and meatballs and sausage. I liked that there was something for everyone and there was no way that anyone was going to feel hungry after work. I cannot wait to have their food again.

I use Wilshire for business catering weekly for 25 people people. The food is fantastic (one of many favorites is the Italian sausage with peppers & onions). Besides the food, the staff are amazing and go extra steps to make sure your order is perfect, on time and delivered with a smile!
