This one-star rating is for a vegan meal, and owner reaction when asked about having something different for the next reservation. The first few vegan meals, lots of bland pasta and some vegetables...for $60 + tip, tax, tasted like an afterthought. For a future reservation, I called to find out what else could be offered and did say the last meal wasnt so good. Owners angry reaction was that I had insulted and offended him, and that "requesting vegan was a very big ask." It was not a good conversation for either of us. My friends love going there, so, as long as you dont offend the owner and are not vegetarian or vegan, this review is not for you. Really, he could just get a take-out from Wegmans vegan bar and do much better than pasta.

Celebrated my 70th birthday with another outstanding dining experience at Laurier. The food and service were amazing. We enjoyed filets, lobster tails, rack of lamb and salmon in puff pastry. All were cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. To accommodate vegetarians and those with shellfish allergies, Chef Brad prepared a creative and delicious eggplant dish. Thank you for a very special, memorable evening!

Eating here is an experience! Its a tasting menu where you make your entree choice in advance. Every selection is amazing and perfectly portioned! Warning - go with an appetite! And very generous with their wine choices. You cant go wrong! Worth every penny!
