We loved everything! My husband and I went here for dinner tonight and we were beyond pleased with our entire experience. They had a diverse but not completely overwhelming drink menu. And the food choices were actually quite similar. Yummy "bar food" to higher end entrees and everything in between. Our food was delicious! We both got Caesar salads before our meals and boy were they good! The romaine was fresh and crisp. The salads were pre-mixed, huge portions, and they had some kind of Parmesan chips crumbled in along side the croutons. We both got half portion pasta dishes that still ended up being huge. The Alfredo sauce was amazing...homemade and creamy. The seafood was fresh and flavorful, not watery or rubbery. Our server was great. She was very attentive and friendly. Most importantly, we never had empty glasses! I knew the meal was going to be a bit pricey. I looked at their menu on their website before we went, so I wasnt shocked by the $58 bill for an appetizer, two sodas, and two entrees. Again, the food was delicious, the portion sizes huge and we were happy to take leftovers home for dinner tomorrow. Besides, its nice to get out every now and then for an "on the nicer side" dinner date night.

Im not that impressed. Now, it has a nice ambience- understated, classy. But the problem is, my entree had absolutely no seasoning on it. Im not saying it tasted bad or was underseasoned. There was NOTHING on it. And it was pretty expensive. They charge $16 for a bowl of rice & beans w/ some steak on it (entrees are a bit expensive) and I thought it would maybe have some Mexican seasonings, lime juice or whatever. It had absolutely no flavor. Apparently not even salt. How do you let something like that out of the kitchen? Also, the service was not that great. They had like one overworked waitress for the entire dining room so we waited alot. One good thing, they did knock half the price off the rice and beans. But thats still $8 for bland rice & beans. I should have gone to Taco Bell.

This restaurant has always been a favorite of mine. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are kind and courteous. The only downside is service is slow. Its quiet and has a nice vibe, but to go for lunch away from the office is challenging. I would anticipate being there over an hour. Ive tried many things at each item has been equally good. If you go order some sweet potato fries. Yum!

Ive been here in the past and got the shrimp quesadilla, but this time it was not very good. The cheese was so thick it was hard to chew, and the shrimp were so small and no longer the nice big shrimp they use to serve. I may come back, but I would definitely not order this dish again.

We had Black eyed Susans cater my sons wedding at Green Hills Farm in Sharpsburg . The food was amazing and their staff was so attentive an friendly . Our guests are still raving about the food. John was really helpful in planning everything.

First time there. Excellent experience. We have two small children and they were very accommodating. Service and atmosphere were great. Probably the best cooked steak I have ever received at a restaurant. Will definitely return.

Great menu and a good looking cocktail list. I had their signature Black Eyed Susan and it was delicious. The menu was great, although we had a slightly different selection because it was New Years Eve. I will definitely go back!

First time here! Top dollar food in a more casual atmosphere, everything we ordered was perfect. Would recommend the sweet corn and crab chowder. Some of the best service weve had, well be back! Thank you so much Julia!!

Menu was very interesting. Crab & corn chowder was excellent. Portobello farfalle was outstanding. Italian berry cake..they must be using grandmas recipe...amazing. Absolutely worth a special trip.

Hands down the Best Shrimp and Grits I have had in a restaurant. The Corn Crab Chowder was outstanding. Anytime I am in Hagerstown I will eat here. Wait staff was great and the atmosphere great.
