This place literally served me food that had HAIR in it not only did they mess up half of my order from lazy employees but they also threw away my receipt. So I couldnt get any more food. On top of that they had a large line with only ONE cashier so by the time I was up next they had no more more chicken ready (number 1 that I didnt get) and when I got it the place was messy and their milkshakes werent running either. Highly recommend to NEVER COME HERE EVER go to KFC they are much better and if I could put 0 stars I would if I could

Every time I go to this location I am impressed. The staff are always super friendly and they will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience while you are there. Food is always good and although I wish they had some more lower calorie meals, I will continue to go there before I go to other fast food locations in the area. Keep up the great job youre doing Chick-fil-A!!

Due to the re-hiring of staff, and other changes service is inconsistent. The food is good for a Chick-fil-A, and Ive never gotten cold fries like the McDonalds down the road, but the staff arent what they where when they first opened. Not as good as the Leesburg one down 7, but better than the winchester Chick-fil-A.

Excellent service up and down, as all the reviews state. The chicken is a tad pricy given the quality (would like juicier chicken), but given that Im in the extreme minority with this thought, take this statement with a grain of salt. All in all, a great stop if you like the franchise.

I just use the drive through and they are always fast and courteous. The order is always correct and the food is hot. The dont hesitate to provide sauces that you may need. Everytime so far has been a real good experience.
