Who wants to move ? wow what a process I thought what Im I going to do ! I have stuff thats been in the attic for 20 years when I moved in I had a couch and a bedroom set after 20 years I had a full house of stuff ! I called 3 different movers to get estimates I had 2 estimates now for around $1500 - $1600 I still wanted to get my 3rd estimate and boy Im glad I did . My last Estimate was Liedkie Moving this man arrived like he was going to a wedding I thought oboy here come the bull crap salesmen pitch ! The difference was he pulls out this tablet thing and says lets go room to room and see what you have as he goes room to room he pointed many things I have already heard but I understand this is a everyday thing for him . When he was done I thought he would send me the estimate like the other guys BUT he takes a printer out of his bag and says give me about 10 minutes so I figured I would make a sandwich since I was on my lunch break from work all of a sudden I hear the printer he PRINTED the estimate right there !! with a list of everything in my house including hampers , buckets , hoses etc.... now Im thinking this is going to cost a fortune it was the highest estimate I had his estimate was $1720 heres why he explained this to me . you cant possibility get 13,000 pounds on a 26ft moving van and unless the other companys where using trailers they would be able to either, besides the trailer could not get in driveway my estimates where all using 4 men but the 1st 2 only was using 1 truck which meant they would have to make a 2nd trip that I would pay for as the guy from Liedkie explained . I felt comfortable with Him and had to move in a week the other thing was he explained having 2 trucks gives more room and the movers dont have to spend as much time loading , the move day came 2 trucks as promised 4 men who worked there tails off ! and guess what we needed the 2nd truck ! Do your homework I did thanks to that last estimate I got From Liedkie . by the way the estimate went under by $100 bucks . You Guys are Awesome

Absolute Disaster Hired Liedkie as they promised the fastest delivery time and were recommended by Berkshire Hathaway. Very poor decision on my part. It took a substantial amount of time on the phone to have my furniture and belongings delivered when promised. Liedkie took little concern how they packed my furniture as shown in the photo. The result is I am now the owner of thousands of dollars in wood as Liedkie broke the base to my dining room table. Who or what company packs a u shaped based on one end and thinks it will be able to survive a trip down the street, let alone 1500 miles?? Certainly not ones who are customer focused. Missing hardware for two loveseats, a damaged coffee table and a box spring and mattress not wrapped before shipping round out the benefits of doing business with Liedkie. A call to Liedkie and I was told it is not them, it is Arpin, the company which moved the furniture interstate. Arpin says it is Liedkie. I should have used Mayflower.

Had someone come over and give me a quote and subsequent contract. On the day of the move, the men were agitated that the furniture was very heavy (Ethan Allen) and was taking longer than expected (5 hours vs.2 1/2 hours they were told). They left a queen box set upstairs as they could not get it down stair-well; well, it got up there via the stairs. They left a couch and 3 chairs, saying they were done with this job. When the delivery to the new place came, all I heard is this will not fit, that will not fit, etc. When they arrived early for the delivery (7:45 vs. 10:00), I was not ready for them. When I questioned the time, I was told to lose the attitude or it will be a tough day for me. You decide if you want them to move your furniture. It will cost me $900 to get the remainder of my furniture from NY to MD. Unbelievable. Never again. My family said I should sue them as I have a signed contract with those items included.

Awesome Job I was referred to Jim from Liedkie by a member of the rotary turns out Jim was a god sent I have had 2 previous nightmare moves with local movers I have some bigger items that I cherish moving day came still very nervous until I saw how the movers handled my precious furniture the first 10 minutes the crew walked though the house just to get a good idea as to what to load 1st seems like the driver was in charge the driver that disappeared turns out he was on the truck wrapping every piece that was carried to him these guys worked like robots each and everyone of them seems was on a mission all my anxiety was finally gone after 4 weeks the price was fair 8 hours included truck 3 men was less than $1200 to move my whole house Thank You so Much Liedkie Moving A+

Recently moved from Clifton Park to Glenville and used Liedkie for the move. I used their virtual estimating tool and a quote was given to me very quickly. Much faster than the other companies that I had gotten estimates from. The movers themselves showed up on time and made quick work of everything being moved. Delivery was the same. I had no issues at all, unlike some experiences that I have had with other companies. I would definitely recommend them to a neighbor!!!

Liedkie was referred to use by a friend we had a big move got 3 estimates Liedkies price was right in the middle the sales rep was very well dressed & polite very honest , the move went well thanks to Tracy & crew great team of guys we will use again when we retire and move to Flordia in 5 years .
