We had a great experience from the beginning when I called to ask about pricing to the end. I spoke with Simi, the moving consultant, and he always promptly returned my calls and emails. He had me email him a detailed list of what we were moving and discarding and he explained the price quote he gave. He had quoted for 4 men for 7 1/2 hours, (plus an hour of travel time), and on the actual moving day we had 3 men and it took 6 hours, so we paid less than the price quote. (Just remember that the total hours are from start to finish which includes the traveling from old place to the new place and the additional hour is for the men to get back to their office.) We did price another company which gave a lower flat rate price but we would be charged for extra furniture pieces and for each extra box over what was quoted. We decided to go with U. Santini because of Simis professionalism and the fact he wasnt pushy for a sale, (unlike the other company- which I used 12 1/2 years ago when I moved- and the representative kept saying I have only one spot left for your day, etc). The movers came on time and were very nice and careful with everything. The head guy, (I apologized for not remembering their names), was polite and asked questions regarding our furniture in which we were keeping or throwing out. They took all our boxes and things. They worked fast but not rushed where it would be sloppy. They wrapped up the mattresses, mirror and passed the furniture. In our new place they put the furniture exactly where we had wanted and even waited while I quickly dusted the backs of them. They removed a large bulky heavy tv and they took it with them to be legally disposed for an additional fee. They cleaned up all their garbage from the paddings and tapes. Overall, we had a great experience with this moving company and will use them and recommend them to others.

I have to say that the thought of hiring a moving company is one of the most stressful experiences, but I was lucky enough to have made the right choice by choosing Santini Moving and Storage!! Super Mario and his crew were so great!! I have to say, it was really nice for me (in my stressed state) to see them smiling as they worked diligently and fast!! I couldnt believe how they were able to be so careful and so fast all at the same time! They took such extra special care with my items and that really calmed my nerves!! Everything made it to my new apartment in the same condition it left! Super Mario was so incredibly nice and sweet...and runs an efficient team! Thank you Santini for everything!

I cannot recommend this moving company strongly enough. This is the third moving company I have hired and they are by far the most professional, prompt & careful with your possessions. Not only was the move absolutely flawless, but they carefully put our furniture back together and were troopers as they went up and down the stairs without complaint in our new home which didnt yet have AC. Above all this, we actually lived above Santini for 9 years until our recent move and have never, ever had an issue with any of their staff. They are thoughtful, courteous and professional in their demeanor both with their customers and the community in general. Thank you Brian & team for an amazing experience!

We recently moved and used their services. They move our regular household boxes and also an antique piano, which has been in my family for a many years. The move was seamless, the workers were kind, courteous and professional and the price was fair. Most importantly all of our stuff was moved carefully and without any damage including our wonderful piano. Thank you U Santini!

I worked for this company Many years ago.(1990s) I have to say of all the Moving Companies I worked for,I took pride being apart of this team.They basically get business through word of mouth, and that says a lot.Good to see the reviews here are still good and the quality lasting through( I Believe 3 generations)are consistant.Maybe Ill call and say Hi. :D

U Santini has moved us twice (and stored a bunch of our belongings for several years in between). I cant say enough good things about them! Theyre incredibly reliable, responsible, and skilled. Most recently we moved from NYC to the suburbs in NJ, and they were fast, careful, friendly, and trustworthy. Well continue using them for future moves!

Michael Sosa and Justin O. did an excellent job and were very careful with moving my items. Simi was a pleasure to meet as well. I was, however, given a quote of $545 and the actual cost ended up being $730.50. That is quite a far ways off from the quoted price.
