Service here is very slow. With my experience there were only two workers which one was gone half the time and the other was very rude to other customers along with me. Once the other women told us that we had to wait on the side after waiting for 20 minutes on line. I kept hearing customers having the same problem we did. Then a supervisor comes out to help us but he was very rude. He wouldnt tell me if my mail was being held or not he just asked for my information. Which isnt gonna help he also stated that our mail isnt supposed to be held. yet we are not getting it. Also if one of the head workers who do a certain job isnt there on one day then there should be someone there to fill that person in and not make your customers wait until another day. There for my experience at this post office was the worst one Ive had which to me makes this post office not very help full. Maybe you should try to step up your service and not be rude about it.

Postal employee for my building needs a wake up call.she is rude rude ,rude today I came home to retrieve my mail didnt need a key because mail was coming out of the box.eveything was jammed inside.You would think common sence said try again ,so that they could lock the box,i guess any kind of sence went out the window.thats the 1st complaint on 7/15 /2017 worker pressed the buzzer to tell me that I had to come down and retrieve my package,when I questioned her about it I was informed they were the post office and not UPS I informed they i would complain.,on Monday didnt get a chance, but today tops the cake.tomorrow will pay manor rd a visit to show the mail retrieved from today. ..

Rude, I went in to inquire about information regarding passport submissions and the lady just kept pointing to the wall saying call the number. Regardless of the questions I asked all she answered was call the number. I asked: is an appointment required everywhere, what was the purpose of an appointment, are there any locations that do not require an appointment, and what is the number? Although she was extremely rude and nasty her answer seemed to show the extent to what her intellectual capacity and the manners would allow. I went to the location on 2079 forest avenue and received clarification and a number. Cannot wait for the USPS to go bankrupt.

Rude manager who thinks she can run a facility but can only run her mouth. I wish I took her name down. This was over a year ago but I remember the obnoxious woman like it was yesterday. Only cared to write this review to say that every time I come into the post office on Richmond Ave, the employees are always pleasant to work with and could teach that manager a lesson on delivering proper service to customers.

they can not find my package that was delivered and signed for in the post office for my po box. I was told someone would call me once the person came in @ 12:30pm. As of 3:30pm I have not received a call & when I try to call there is no way to get through to them. This is ridiculous that they could lose a package that they signed for!!!

The other reviews are totally wrong. I went there this morning during a busy time and I was given amazing help by a woman who worked there. She was thorough, attentive, and answered all of my questions. Then, when I was ready to check out and pay for my package that employee was also wonderful and speedy. What more can you ask for?

customer service assistant named Deborah gave a very bad attitude because i went in 5 minutes before their closing time and she was saying about this to the other coworker. she was very rude and did not show any interest in helping me. she gave me the form and never came back and i was waiting! Another assistant came and help me!

Phone rings and no one answers. Now there is a busy signal. I guess 4:20 pm is too close to 5 pm closing to don ones job. Incompetent and absolutely ridiculous. Richmond Avenue PO flatly refused to help with a tracking number because carrier comes out of Manor Road?! Too bad review wont post with no stars.

I change my address 4 months ago and they still cant get right all my mail still gets sent back to sender important papers still are lost after 4 months General post master is still trying to straighten it put and they can know wonder they are trouble maybe someone out there can help me

There are 7 or 8 windows of operation but most days there are only two postal clerks. Very long waits. Yesterday there was no mail delivery at all on my block. I spoke to 6 of my neighbors who also did not see a postman or get a delivery. Probably another batch into the sewer system.

They all should be fired. My package send via certified mail has been somewhere for 7 days. Online was updated 4 days ago , the last time. Trying to reach them for the last hour with busy rings in my ear. No note, no update, no answer. What are they getting paid for?

They never answer the phone. Same as everyone elses complaint here. So I guess thats a tact to get me to drive there and if my package isnt there completely waste my time. Then when I go postal at the post office they wonder why? Pick up your phone!

Just had the mail carrier with the ruddiest attitude demamded I come down my apartment building with id to get my packages and she had the wrong build total different address and two weeks prior I had the wrong mail in my box..........

The phone has been ringing for 45 minutes with no one picking up. leaving it on speakerphone until someone answers….wow. they just disconnected the call and now the line is busy. No wonder the USPS is going under. Worst service ever.
