Brought my lowered 2015 VW GTI in for alignment after hitting a pothole on 5/13/16. Was told no problem they can handle lowered cars. My camber was off on one side by 1 degree. I have dealership and alignment expierience. Giovanni tried to sell me some B.S. that my caster being slightly off is the reason that my car was returned to me with the steering wheel in the 11oclock position in order to drive straight. After complaining I was told to come back Monday. I returned today (Monday) at the same time I did on Friday and now Im being told I am too late and I will have to come back. I was told there was alignments ahead of me. Well I was ahead of these people on Friday when this alignment should of been done correctly. They clearly dont know what they are doing. Clearly dont care about their customers if they send me away when I was told to come in. They also got caught in a lie not knowing I have mechanical experience.
