I was stuck in a used car I had just purchased the day before my dealer sent me to their authorized repair facility 12voltdoctor I spoke to Samantha who assured me that everything would be ok she sent a tow truck to pick me up my dealer payed for tow and accepted full responsibility for repairs Samantha kept me informed through the whole process turned out to be a faulty fuel pump they replaced pump and relay my dealer payed for everything nothing out of pocket it was surprising to me because of all the horror stories I have heard I picked up my car and have been going there ever since the only thing is that they are so busy sometimes it takes a day or 2 longer because of how busy they are but for quality service its worth it and they truly take pride in customer satisfaction

I had ruined my beautiful BMW B7 where I thought it was not fixable now is actually running better than ever if you give them your time and patience they will resolve your problem owner even called me to follow up on how my car was doing after the service!! Great people!....If you need your vehicle diagnosed properly and fixed the first time, This is the place to go. From everyday daily drivers to exotic cars they know how to repair them all. When you go there you can see the boxes for the parts from the original manufacturer (no Chinese junk here).

By far the best place to take a luxury high end vehicle to be serviced when out of warranty. Ive had numerous luxury cars serviced by these guys. Theyve figured out problems that others just cant. Definitely recommend 12 volt!
