Brought my car in for repairs awhile ago, the car was fixed but I felt like I got a bit ripped off though, went in for an oil change and suddenly this was wrong and that was wrong and . I spent a lot of money there. Today April 12, 2016 I went in to get a tire fixed, Frank was gone, the original service manager,(unfortunately) I was met by a RUDE service manager, that just about threw me out of there and told me to go to the gas station for air. NEVER will return there they lost a good customer, an Now I dont trust the place after I seen all new mechanics there that looked like they were fresh out of high school. . I went to Town Tire, north on 34, a totally great experience and got my tire fixed an the nail taken out, an wasnt charged a dime!!! NEVER going back to Meineke Car Care Center. They are crooks and RUDE>!

Went in for 4 tire mount and balance and wheel alignment. Mount/balance was on the expensive side about 30 a wheel. 70 for alignment which did not go as expected because I needed camber bolts in the back. I brought bolts in and made sure they did not charge me again for alignment. However, thinking installing camber bolts was part of the alignment, i was wrong. They asked for $150, which was a joke.. I was able to talk down to $50 but that was still to much for a quick job. So I installed the bolts myself, and had the alignment done without incurring extra charge. The shop is clean, free wifi, and overall good experience. Cant speak for their other services but for what i went in for and was satisfied.

I took my car here for an oil change. I have a 2008 BMW and was tired of paying high price for oil change at the dealer. Had a full service oil change about 3 weeks ago. Just this weekend I had an Service Engine Soon light on my car and brought it into my local mechanic who specializes in German cars. I was seeing a oil leak in my garage so I had them check this. They found that Meineke put in the wrong filter. Not only was it wrong - but it didnt fit. The filter was to long and had to be crushed in to fit. I saw the filter and was amazed they did this. My mechanic said oil was not flowing properly and the car was in danger of serious problems. Avoid this place at all costs.

My truck never had brake dust until I had (the premium) brake pads from meineke put on. They broke two calipers and charged me for them. Absolute joke. Edit: my new calipers are completely rusted out. They may use the cheapest parts on earth. Edit 2: since the work has been done on my truck less than 2 years ago (full brake job including calipers), ALL parts have since failed and needed replacement. Some sooner than others. The caliper theyd put on locked up on me on the parkway at 80mph; smoke coming out of the wheel, car shaking, etc. Thats the last part theyd given me thats now being replaced again. CAUTION: DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL USE CHEAP PARTS AND THEY WILL FAIL QUICKLY.

I used to trust them but unfortunately they lost my trust by playing games where I ended up paying twice for the same job. I noticed that each time I was in there I would hear different woman complaining about bringing a car in for something small and then having something big go wrong afterwards. Its too bad because they used to be my go to mechanics for everything. I also had the same problem as one of the other reviewers where I have a significant amount of break dust on my car since they changed my breaks. I was once told that indicates that they put on extremely cheap break pads.

Brought in my car and they charged me $100 just to figure out the spark plugs needed to be changed. Ive never heard of a car place charge you to tell you whats wrong with A car. I told them I wanted the "cheapest" oil change and they charged me $100. Had them put "new" rotors on the car and I know they put rusted refurbished ones on. They did agree to put another set on but they Definitely tried to swing "used" RUSTED rotors. I should of checked reviews before using them. I would recommend staying away

I had them do my break 2 months ago and just yesterday I had to replace a rotor due to a pad missing and the caliper wearing the rotor out as a result. I called and spoke to frank who was accommodating but the owner refused to compensate me for the new rotor and pads i bought. Not to mention the time spent replacing it. I for one will never go back to any of these places and if I am given the chance i will warn anyone and everyone!

Absolutely pathetic!! STAY AWAY- Rude, "0" people skills. Will intentionally break your car & charge you to repair. Happened to a 1/2 dozen people I know. Wish I checked reviews b 4 and asked b 4 I went there. Backyard uncertified techs ruining your car for commissions!! Caught one "tech" outside the side door smoking a joint when I was there and asked to make sure he wasnt working on my car. AVOID THIS RIP OFF PRACTICE

Had a fuel pump replaced for $900+ and 3 days later I fill tank with gas and it gushes out of the bottom of my car right at the pump. I was told they had to "buy" a gasket because the pump was delivered without one.....so did they really buy one or use the old one which would have caused this problem. They better make good and fix it for free when I go in today!!!

Would never go back. These guys do not know how to weld and did horrible job with my exhaust a couple months ago and over charged me. I will be going to a different exhaust shop to re weld my exhaust.

Friendly and helpful. Its a chain, so the prices are set, but fair. The mechanics are up front and let you know whats going on before proceeding. Good hours and quick turn around with repairs.
