Do not believe a single good review on here. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE OR THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR TO GENERATE MORE BUSINESS!!! I went in because a belt was installed improperly by another mechanic I went to a few months earlier and had snapped. When I originally dropped off my car, everything worked. I was the only owner and had barely put 30k on it. I was informed by one of the mechanics that my rear tires needed to be replaced, which I already knew so I agreed to the repairs as well as an oil change and replacement of the fan belt. The mechanic called me several hours later explaining that the pulleys were causing damage to the belt and needed to be fixed costing me an additional 100 dollars over the 600 I was quoted for the other work. I agreed. The following day when I went to pick up my car I noticed my car was handling funny AND my tire pressure light was on. it wasnt till I got home that I noticed BOTH TIRES THAT WERE REPLACED WERE FLAT!! So I drove the car back and had them fix it again...I waited for 2 hours until a mechanic got back to me telling me that the valve stem in my tire was damaged and could be fixed for another hundred dollars! THE SAME SENSORS THAT WORKED WHEN I DROPPED MY CAR OFF! I STILL didnt realize what was going on so I asked them to replace the valve stem with a basic one without the sensor until I could afford to get the appropriate part. I waited another 2 hours for the repairs... When I returned to my car MY POWER STEERING DIDNT WORK!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the mechanic there was none on duty. It wasnt until I was transferred back to the store by customer service that I was finally able to speak to a parts manager that had NO clue what was going on in their shop! So Im now waiting for a call back from their district director while these mechanics are possibly trashing my car more because theyre mad that I called corporate. Which by the way has not refunded me a single cent at this point. I hope no one ever has to go through the terrible ordeal Ive been through with this company and I urge anyone that might possibly consider going here to get repairs done to please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Judging by the previous comments and what Ive been through this place clearly needs new staff and management that actually takes pride in the work they do. I shouldve listened to the other reviewers...

I wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment for 10:00am today for an oil change and FRONT BRAKE pads to be replaced. They didnt at my car look 12:30. Did the oil change, and "inspected" my car. They told me that one of the REAR wheel studs needed to be replaced. They quoted an additional $105.00 to fix it. I told them I couldnt afford it on top of the two other services I needed done. An hour later they go to ring me up, and said the total, $29.99. Only charging for the oil change. I said" so the front brakes werent done?!". They proceeded to tell me thst because I declined the REAR wheel stud to get fixed they couldnt do the FRONT brakes. I was so angry that I waited almost four hours just to get an oil change. They could have honored my appointment, and looked at my car much sooner than when they did. On top of that, I am 39weeks pregnant, and it isnt easy getting around at this point. I wanted the brakes to be done today so the car is safe to have a child in it. Half my day is wasted, and now I have to go elsewhere to get the work done. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will never go there again! Please save yourself the trouble.

I love this Pep Boys. They are the best! Most important to me is trust. I trust them with my 3 cars. They are very honest. They find thing that other places can not. They are fair in pricing and always will try to put in you even when they are booked for the day. I had a few other places try to take advantage of me because I am a woman. They are always nice and fully explain with needs to be repaired. Fabian and his staff return calls and always are nice to talk to over the phone. Wonderful Customer Service from every one. I am moving to PA and will still take my 3 cars here because I feel they give me the best customer service and that is so hard to find in todays world. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. The prices are fair and there is always a coupon to save you money. I have gone to other locations but I love this one because of they way they treat me. I have a Dodge Grand Caravan with 225,000 miles and its because of their good care that my van is still on the road. Thank you Pep Boys and Fabian and his wonderful Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By far, the best shop to go to with car issues! I read some of the bad reviews, and its hard to believe some of them. I know people have their own opinions about things, but I dealt directly with the store manager Fabian, and his associates David and Anthony, and not for one second did I feel unvalued as a customer. Instead, the store manager went above and beyond to help me in everyway he possibly could. He was courteous and very understanding. Ive been using Pep Boys as my go to for any car issues, because I have a 2008 Lexus IS250 and the quotes I get from the dealership are outrageous. Pep Boys is reasonable and provides quality work. Theres always a coupon online or in the store for some kind of discount as well. The fact that they offer Tow Service for such a low price is awesome as well. My recent experience was excellent. Thank you guys at Pep Boys for all the hard work and continuous efforts to keep your customers happy.

My husband and I ordered tires online and set up an appointment to have them installed. The time between ordering our tires and the appointment we made was about a week, since we both work and did not have the time. During this time, I was called 4 times to bring our car in prior to our appointment. Each time, I reminded the employee about our scheduled time, but it seems as though they wanted us on their time instead. When I spoke to someone on the day of our appointment, she assured me it would be an hour. BOY, was she mistaken! After two and half hours, our car is just being finished. They did not begin to work on our car until after nearly two hours of having it. I find this to be very inconsiderate of customers time and very poor customer service. My Husband and I will never go to the store again and I do not recommend anyone visit this store either.

First off, I had a very positive experience at this location that I strongly believe should be shared. I had a tire that needed replacement but I ended up replacing 4 due to a mistake in the previous 4 tires that I had replaced at another location a while back. Long story short, I explained the situation to Barney, he listened, and agreed to replace the 4 due to safety concerns and to maintain integrity, he adjusted the price and ordered the tires for me right away since the 4 I had were discontinued. He took care of it swiftly and I came the next day and they did the 4 tires without any problems. They not only replaced the tires but the were courteous enough to inspect the vehicle and show me other recommendations for maintenence. Barney, if youre reading this, I honestly believe you deserve a commendation for taking care of me. You deserve it!
