Never bring your car here for any reason. Just a bunch of guys who have no idea what theyre doing standing around telling you that they have "no way of knowing" when your car will be done. They had my car for two days, yet kept telling me itll only take a couple of hours. One lies, then the other doesnt know about the lie that the other one told, so hell give you a different story. Stay away.

Came here for a car inspection, unfortunately the certified mechanic was sick that day. To help out, they called the other Pep Boys across town and helped me get inspected there. Once I got there service was extremely fast. Appreciated their help. Facility looked really nice, with wifi and ample seating.

I got my car towed here and left my car a mess gps, moving blanket, etc throw in the back seat. Why is my car cleaned out? Gps is missing, moving blanket, etc GONE. I ask about and no one knows anything, of course. Make sure you have no belongings in the car.

Five jerk offs standing around and no one wanted to take a look at a lose spark plug. They made up excuses on why instead of going above and beyond. This place needs to be closed down.

Went there to change my oil at 3pm and I was told that they cant do it for me because its too late, so I ask him what time you close and he told me 4pm.
