Worst shop on the Island!! Terrible customer service. I came in to have my tail lights checked out, and the Guido looking Italian guy with his cartilage pierced working the front desk told me to just give him a minute. I sat down and waited twenty minutes before I walked out and went to Midas down the street where I was served immediately May I mention the Guido guy in Meineke walked by me at least five times in that twenty minute time span and never mentioned anything. He hadnt taken my keys or even seemed remotely interested in my business. I would strongly recommend taking your business to anywhere besides Meineke

I went in, explained my car troubles, they spent a half hour looking it over and asked for $350 for a set of repairs. $400 and two hours later, they had fixed nothing and my car is showing very obvious first-Google-result signs of head gasket failure (something I specifically asked them about; they claimed to see nothing wrong). A different mechanic said there was a problem with the head gasket and didnt recommend getting any repairs because the car is pretty much a money sink at this point. No kidding. These guys are either incompetent or flat out scammers; from my experience Im guessing the latter.

Quick estimate and the cheapest price quote for catalitic converter with installation Ive gotten. They charged me under $600 and just about everywhere else gave me quotes $800 and more. Good people here and trust worthy. A lady came in complaining about a noise it turned out to be a lose shield the needed screws. They couldve said anything but they were honest.

STAY AWAY...ONLY LOOK TO SIPHON OFF YOUR MONEY....THE FREE A/C CHECKUP IS A SCAM...THEY RECOMMEND THE FULL EVAC IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY PROB UR CAR A/C HAS. INCOMPETENT AND NOT WORTH IT.
