Quite possibly the worst customer service Ive ever encountered! The male employee with the pony tail is generally ornery and sometimes even argumentative. Ive gone to this location on several occasions and have never had a pleasant interaction with him. Ill now drive across town just to go to a different UPS Store to avoid this employee!

How hard is it to deliver a package after 4:30 or on Saturday... Every single time I have to go an hour away to a place that closes at 6pm and doesnt open weekends. FedEx does not have that issue.

Just a note: UPS Store websites claims that this location has a notary on staff, they do not. I was told by their staff that the Fayetteville and Nottingham stores dont either.

Sent my high end camera via UPS to Nikon for repair. Was told a month later it was "lost". They said theyd get back to me asap. Its been 5 months with no contact.
