John, (In response to owners post) My name is Samantha Krueger and I am the OFFICE MANAGER. What I clearly stated when I called you the first time when I was directed to do so by a UPS rep. When I stated my issue, gave my account number, and inquired as to why my package was no longer in transit BEFORE I called you. I was directed to your store with instructions that the end of the day report be filed for it to move again. When I first called you listened about halfway through my situation before cutting me off to state I was in the wrong place and that it "was not your problem" and I needed to go to my account to fix it because I apparently did not talk to the right person in UPS. And that she must have had no idea that it was a personal account even after I gave her our account number. When I asked for help, a number, a link, anything that could help me resolve the issue you insisted I "called a certain number listed on the account page, there are multiple." And when I asked for that certain number you told me it was not your issue. It was impossible to get anything helpful or useful from our conversation until your tone changed and you informed me to call the number I called before and mention tracing it. At this point it had taken almost 15 minutes of back and forth just to get that one phrase from you that was useful. I called back into the same number I used before and talked with another woman who transferred me to someone who could actually help me. When I left this review I had to do it with the ONLY gmail account I own, one that is rather old and does not have my real name. But MY name is Samantha Krueger and I am the Office manager at Integrity Financial Services. And after this review instead of resolving the conflict you had with me you call into my office and get my boss Thomas Scordato. When Thomas Scordato, my boss and the owner of Integrity Financial Services, picked up to answer your call you did not clearly state who you were or why you were calling. I was sitting in the room at the time and he informed you TWICE that your issue was not with him that it was with me. You informed him that you were going to "properly teach him how to use his account" very rudely and continued to try and keep him on the line with you instead of allowing him to pass over the phone to me. Once I was on the phone with you, you decided that AFTER I left a bad review, AFTER I called into UPS to seek further help, that you were going to reach out and try to help me. AFTER I had already gone to a different Representative to seek the help I needed because it "wasnt your problem." On the phone with me you insisted the review was wrongfully posted and that the package being lost was not your issue. The review was made with how you treated the issue of me trying to seek help after being directed to your store, and now because of your very poor follow up actions. When I asked "Do you work for UPS?" over the phone you told me no! I had to rephrase my question just to make sure I had heard correctly. I then asked "Are you affiliated with UPS?" And I got back silence! My boss, Thomas Scordato, who was sitting across from me put you on speaker and asked the exact same question. When you finally said yes he took your name and number because you did not have any useful information about our package. After all that we did not want to hear from you again. Thomas made it very clear he did not like how you handled the follow up and I had already found help elsewhere because you made it clear it was not your problem. But then you come by our office, after hours, and slip a copy of my review as well as your response into our mailbox and attempt to reach out to us again. Saying Thomas was unprofessional after not wanting to talk with you further after you harassed and lied to us. Not only will we be not doing business with your store, but both personal and business accounts will be moved to FedEx because how YOU handled this situation John Bareswill. And a formal complaint will be sent into UPS compliance.

Ripoff! Rude owner; wants to ambush you for a screw up that was his own fault and never wants to work a solution. ALWAYS demands end-of-day payment when it should be net 30. Charged me $300 to ship a RealDoll to Muncie, Indiana when it would only have been $15 extra on my Greyhound ticket as 2nd baggage. Also ruined a sale that had a forum member mad at me. Im using FedEx Office next time. And Im NOT changing my review or contacting you, John. Cant even shop at Farm Fresh with a friend because of your tactics. Ive already contacted your franchise HQ and they said for you to WRITE IT OFF. DO NOT PURSUE IT.

I asked the owner about a cheaper mailing option because I didnt want to pay $5 for a box that was way to big for the small object I was trying to ship. The owner then yelled at me and told me he would never mail anything for me. I will never use this location. The owner is a complete jerk!

Everyone at this store is pleasant and helpful. It has been about two and a half years that I have been having my mail and packages delivered there, and I couldnt be any more happy! Excellent service!
