I would give it a NEGATIVE poor if i could. Moms dropping of packages alone with an infant in the car BEWARE!!!!!!!! I usually use UPS, never had a problem with them till today. I went to the local UPS store to drop of a large package around 40 pounds. I had pulled over in front of the store early in the morning, then called the store to ask for assistance with picking up the package since 1. It was heavy and 2. I had my INFANT with me in the car! The response the owner gave me was that they cant be held liable for any prepaid packages!!!!!!!! what type bull**** is that. I understand there are regulations to follow... But is called basic courtesy!! specially under the conditions of the situation. This was the worst service i have ever experienced from any where. THe person was so rude, didnt even try to offer some sort of help regardless of the fact that I had an infant in the car!!!!! I drove over 30 minutes to drop this pck... and this is what i get early in the morning.. Obviously they dont care about their customers or hurting the reputation of their store. Which by the way UPS and UPS Store are not the same!! they are a franchise. FOr most of us we look at it has UPS. MAking UPS look bad when is the "UPS store" the one to blame. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! No care for mothers with infants.

Horrible ups service, they shipped my package to the WRONG house and it got stolen and this is not the first time has this happened, complete utter disregard to wether the recipient gets his/her package, I bought a very expensive inverter online and they said they would reimburse me over the phone but denied any affiliation later, they lied to me from the start and I wouldnt use ups to get packages anymore.

the "Owner" of the Store was VERY rude to me. He hung up on me SEVERAL times when i was just trying to get a question answered. I dont know what his problem is but if youu cant handle your job & cant do it in a Friendly Manner, you shouldnt work in the public. NEVER WILL I GO THRU UPS GROUND AGAIN.

These guys are great! I ship a lot of stuff both in the usa and over seas. I moved to Binghamton recently and I first tried FedEx, terrible service. So I looked into ups for my business. Guys are great, understanding and happy to take the time to get you sorted.

They tried to tell me I needed to buy a $4 padded envelope to make a free return on an Amazon purchase. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Wont use this location again, and you should stay away too.
