The owner of this store, Mr. Chris Akin closed his East Syracuse UPS store and left his East Syracuse clients out in the cold. Owner does not return phone calls, employees have no idea what to do and even UPS corporate has no idea what to do. Be Warned!!! Owner was paid money for services not provided and you can get nowhere with him, the employees, or UPS Corporate. If you think the UPS Store is a friend to small business, THINK AGAIN! So if you decide to do business with Mr. Chris Akin at his remaining UPS Store you too might be taken for a ride.

Mr. Dragevich could not be further from correct. Our store attempted to transfer his mailbox for FREE to any of the remaining 10 stores in the area. Due to the fact that he became unprofessional and threatening we no longer returned his calls and referred him directly to UPS Corporate....some people just cannot be helped in a way that will satisfy them.

The UPS Store Website and Google list the Saturday hours as 9AM-3PM. Except the store apparently closes at 2PM. Annoying after driving 20 minutes to get there. Best part? Another person showed up before I pulled out the parking lot, expecting them to be open based on the websites.

I have ALWAYS received a big smile and warm greetings when I went there. Sometimes I have 5 Zappo boxes at one time. It has become my favorite UPS store. Thank you for your professional, friendly business.
