The current owner and the and the past owner have been GREAT. I have had a box there since Jan 2007. I have not had any problem with having them hold my mail when I am out of town, (some has been large boxes and heavy along with more mail than my box will hold). If I call and request my mail be sent to me, Ive only experienced the best of service. My only regret is I hadnt posted my complete satisfaction with Mail Express earlier. Thom A.

Very rude and the guy who runs it is sometimes not even there. He has also tried to charge me much earlier than my rent is due, like 4 months early. Make sure you keep your receipts if you use the P.O boxes.
