First, they have no center phone number and only offer the UPS call centers 800 number. When I asked the call center why the Vestal location has no phone number of their own, the answer was, "for security reason." Huh? Second, they dont open their customer center until 12:30pm. Now, UPS trucks are loaded around 8am. So what goes on at the center for 4 and a half hours that they cant allow people to pick up packages first thing in the morning? Third, this customer center actually RETROACTIVELY DELETES TRACKING INFORMATION. I had a package that was marked as Out For Delivery at 6am today. I ran errands early that morning and into the afternoon, then rushed home to be in when the packages were delivered because I needed them before leaving for a business trip tomorrow morning and also because I didnt want them stolen (my packages are always just left on the porch). So from 2pm to 8pm, I was just home waiting for the package. Then, at 8:30pm, the tracking was updated and said that the item would not be delivered due to emergency weather conditions (not true since all the snow was cleared off the roads since yesterday and I had been running errands all day in my sedan). But the worst part is that this UPS center actually deleted the previous scanned information showing that the item was out for delivery at 6am. They were basically covering their tracks and making it seem as though they were never even able to get the trucks going, because anyone that had been on the road that day KNEW the roads were all clear.

The UPS Vestal warehouse/ customer center constantly mis-delivers my companies packages. Every 3 months they tell us our address is incorrect and so our packages are un-deliverable. When I call and ask what the problem is they give me a new address to use and then after 3 months some but not all of our packages are un-deliverable. I use FedEx for all shipments but some vendors use UPS. After the 4th time this happened this week (They delivered 3 expensive packages to an employees home address from 2 years ago. They couldnt even deliver it to a current address.) I am trying to get all my vendors to use FedEx when shipping to us. FedEx has been delivering to our address with no problems for years. They have never lost or mis-delivered a package.

I walked in with a simple question and was given a lecture. I had been told by a colleague that I could get a shipping lablel printed at the customer service center with a shipping ticket I had been emailed. My colleague had spoken to someone at UPS who said this location could help. I asked the customer service representative at the center if this was possible. Instead of a simple answer a woman came out and gave me five minutes of condescending babble that was of no use to the problem at hand. All she needed to say was "Im sorry sir, we cannot do that." Being called "confused" by someone who could barely form a sentence was a fantastic way to end my day.

Retarded drivers always deliver to different house, it is pathetic, i wish there is only usps. Most of the times I tried to avoid ups. Even now with signature requirements i was waiting for my package to arrive and retard posted attempted delivery failed. Now he`ll try to deliver again to who knows where and claim he has attempted. Update 3-17-2016 Again package delivered , but not to my house even after reporting to BBB and assurance that this will not happened again.

I had like 5 packages coming yesterday and it says delivered I checked all around my house called Amazon Amazon found out my packages didnt even leave ups yesterday clearly they were to lazy to drop my packages off I have more coming Monday and Tuesday lets see if they even leave ups heres some advice ups you want people to use ups well maybe u should make ur customers happy by giving them there packages on time they r sitting in my towns ups there is no excuse

This is the third time we have paid for UPS express shipping and they ignore the request and deliver when they want. My business has a quit using them, due to the numerous delivery errors. Now we found out that they lost our delivery. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. This has cost us a major hassle and maybe more. I will request from this point on Fed Ex.

Delivered package to wrong address, but said that they delivered to mine. Would not help me because the driver indicated that it was delivered to my house. We are missing two packages and UPS would do nothing!
