BEWARE OF THIS UPS LOCATION! This locations manager - old lady - has incredibly suprising inresponsibility and tried to blame customer when it comes to her staffs wrong address entering. Even she can stay away from any legal responsibility, she still supposed to show responsible way of resolving issue, but blame customer and even yell at customer. Extremely bad service and she must not be a manager of this store. It is quite suprising that UPS has this kind of staffing here!

Yeah avoid this location at all cost. Both employees are snobs and are lazy. They do not listen to you. The only thing I would do there is drop off a package that has been paid for. This store is useless and an embarrassment to UPS.

Go fedex, UPS prefers to torture its customers by delivering in the middle of the day and holding packages an hour away in a place that doesnt open on weekends.
