So I had a phone that needed to be replaced. Verizon guaranteed next day. The FedEx tracker showed In Fort Worth: 4:41 sent to FedEx 5:04 Pickup 7:55 Left DFW 12:41 am Arrived Indianapolis 7:31 am Leave Indianapolis 8:29 am Arrived Norfolk VA Then the online tracker said "Package will be delivered by 8 pm on Friday 20 Feb 2015" So I called the terminal at 10 am and offered to pick up the package they said "its on the truck" at 7:45 pm I called the 1-800 number and got the SERIOUS BULL CRAP run around. 1st the guy picks up and tells me "oh yes sir your package will arrive by 8pm tonight" So I then point out that it was 15 min or so until 8 and he went quite. So he put me on hold and then said "Oh yeah no your package wont be there tonight." So I asked "why" and he said let me call the terminal. 5 min later he says "oh sir your package arrived late and so it didnt make it to the truck." When I pointed out that the guy at the terminal had said I could not stop by and pick up the package bc it was on a truck he put me on hold again. He THEN came back and said "oh sir your package wont be delivered tonight because they couldnt open the container." So that was the 3rd excuse in less than 10 min for why my guaranteed overnight delivery wasnt happening. .So then I ask to speak to the supervisor and he put me on hold and I am now in hold land and will most likely never have my call answered. Bottom line DO NOT TRUST FEDEX and once they put you on hold to get a supervisor you NEVER WILL get an answer. Current hold time is 31 min.

For the second time in two weeks FedEx has gladly accepted my money for 2-day or overnight shipping, and has failed to deliver by the guaranteed delivery date; it was absolutely imperative that one of these packages arrive on time. Both times now Ive been told the delay is doe to "inclement weather" but after looking up weather reports from point of origin to my house, I found nothing except for sun and typical winter temperatures. Ive also bee told I cant pick my package(s) up because "its still on the trailer" or "the container hasnt been opened", so it basically boils down to FedEx being lazy, incompetent, and could care less about their customers. FedEx gladly accepts money for their expedited delivery services knowing full well that your package has an 80% chance of not arriving on time. FedEx is unreliable at best, but I think negligent is the most appropriate term to describe their service and operations. Its bad enough to where, because Amazon only offers FedEx services for free two-day shipping, I will be canceling my Amazon Prime account. If you have the option, use UPS. I had a delivery arrive on a day that 6" of snow was present on the ground! The shipment was not only ahead of schedule, but the driver had a smile on his face and an awesome attitude as he carried the 50+lb package to my front door. In short, FedEx is unreliable, not trust-worthy, and utterly incompetent. I will NEVER pay for their services again, nor will I purchase a product from any company using FedEx as their sole method of shipment.

They supposedly attempted to deliver my package at 8:02 pm yesterday. I was home all day and the front door was open, plus I have 2 dogs that wouldve let me know if anyone approached. I checked the status of my package at 8:11 pm and saw that it stated delivery attempted customer not available or business closed. I called customer service right away and they contacted this ship center. I was then told that the driver stated I wasnt there and they would not attempt to "redeliver" my package. I told them that they never attempted in the first place and that the driver had to of LIED. The customer service rep relayed this and I was told that due to the possibility of inclement weather they would not turn the driver around. I stated that it had only been 10 minutes since the supposed attempted delivery and that their entire purpose was customer service and to deliver packages. After arguing with 3 more personnel in customer service I was told that I would be contacted by someone at 8:00 am today (Saturday, 7Jan17) to explain what happened and to get my package delivered today. Well, it is now 9:00 am on 7Jan17 and surprise, surprise I didnt receive a phone call. This company obviously supports the fact that their employees lie and are ok with that, otherwise they would have turned the driver around to fix their "mistake!" This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and I still dont have my package!!! Buyer beware of this very sketchy company and ship center!!!

I was guaranteed that my package would arrive on time and undamaged. I received a call from a customer the following morning saying that she received her package but it was completely damaged. The merchandise had been over turned and thoroughly ruined. The packaging was double packed filled with bubble wrap and was labeled "fragile, handle with care" and "this side up stickers". Clearly all of the signs were ignored and the packaging arrived at my clients door upside down. When I called FedEx I was completely dissatisfied with the non helpfulness of the customer service rep. I dont understand why charge someone 80 dollars to ship something with the guarantee that it would be handled with care if its just going to be thrown around like trash. In order to protect the reputation of my business is ended up have to spend extra money and personally drive 3 and half hours to deliver my client there order again simply because this companies negligence nearly cost me my livelihood. Will NEVER bring my business to this company EVER again.

I received an email stating that my package was left at my door at 11:36. 9/17/2014 I was home at that time and never received the package. I called Fed Ex at 230 and explained what happened. They said give them 2 hours and they would called back. I called them back at 530 they did not have any updates. so, I called again at 7:00pm. They said they let that currier go home for the day. I then called this morning at 805am 9/18/14 and asked to speak to the local office and they told me that I could not call them. In my opinion if a grave mistake like this I would have gone back and resolved the problem immediately or contacted the customer personally. Fed ex has not attempted to do this. so right now I give it a one star.

Terrible! Id rather drive an extra 10 miles to another location than deal with the employees at this one. Very slow..like a slow muddy river. They act like your doing them a favor. The employees act like theyre the customer and you are there for them. One of the employees was chewing on candy or something licking her fingers staring at a computer monitor for a good 5 minutes before she finally helped me. Every time I go there, I know its gonna be a sloowwww hassle..

Very disappointed. Driver never showed up for a scheduled pick-up; when I called to ascertain the status of our pick-up, the FedEx Customer Service agent advised me that they had already visited our location but no one was here to turn over the package. Not True! We were here all day... never left the house! Ive found FedEx to be untrustworthy and unreliable. FedEx drivers (at least this one) will make up false statements to cover their own laziness.
