If you want to fax something go to the library. Its cheaper and they do it all for you. Honestly one of the worst places I have ever been to. I wanted to fax some papers which I have never done before so getting someone was already a challenge. There were three people working and only one other customer in the store so I thought I could ask someone working there for assistance. A young guy would come up and help me. Id say thank you and he would leave immediately. I kept running into problems so I had to constantly flag someone down but they would be in the back or stocking something and said they couldnt help me since they were busy.. After a few more hiccups and constantly trying to flag someone down (why couldnt someone have just helped me through it, the store wasnt even busy) just to help me i couldnt take it and went up front to get my money back of the faxes that didnt go through correctly that I had to cancel. The lady up front said none went through and that I didnt get charged. 5 days later and it still says it charged me. If you want to fax something go to a library. They do everything for you and its cheaper. This place was horrendous.

This location has always provided an excellent service. Ive had many different boxes shipped from here, some being packaged on a custom box. The staff here at this location is very helpful. Im just having a box package right now and Josh has been a big help! Thanks Josh!
