Yeah, sept0995, this is a little silly. Like Mark posting to Mobile One and Cardinal pages only to mention a competing company--that other company didnt have a page anyone can post a review to, so I guess thats fair. I understand what "Wii mods" is saying about drivers being an important part of a delivery company and makes a big difference, but theres a whole lot more to it than that otherwise the manager you say is the problem wouldnt have the impact. Ive always been satisfied with Mobile Ones service, but no one is perfect. What Mobile One has been is accountable--fixing anything that needed fixing and working to improve. I did read that other review Wii mods mentioned back when it was posted in May, and for what its worth KD, anybody who has to make comments about someones marriage and family when commenting on a business looses some credibility in my book. Maybe they did get bad service at some point, but I would be very surprised if the comment about the owners response to a customer is true. In my experience, exactly the opposite is true--the owner gets very involved if problem is brought to his attention. Having to mention a guys wife and stuff makes me think the person who posted that had a personal ax to grind. Who knows, who cares!

Its unfortunate when former employees attempt to criticize their former employers in an attempt to boost their own professional standing. This, in and of itself, should signal to any prospective clients as to what sort of company the person plans to run. They are definitely starting their own company off on the wrong foot. Having known Eric for well over ten years, I am well aware that Mobile One Courier and Eric are one of the most courteous, professional, and conscientious businesses/businessmen out there. Eric works tirelessly, around the clock (literally), to ensure that his customers get the absolute, BEST service. He expects hard work, responsibility, a keen focus on details... both from himself as well as his employees. Eric continuously strives to improve Mobile One Couriers business capabilities in an effort to provide more and better services for all of Mobile Ones customers. You want cheap... fine, Im sure you can find cheap. Cheap service is always easy to find. You want reliable, high quality service... call Mobile One. Theres a reason why theyve been around for almost 15years.

BE YOUR OWN JUDGE. I submitted an application on site in the middle of June for an IC position, along with resume and dmv report. Checked weekly with Mallory and I get told they are still reviewing app. At 4 weeks, was connected with Demetrius via Racquell. He told me he would get with the driver coordinator and also leave a note with Mallory to either e mail me or phone me on the status. At the 6 week period, I phoned Mallory again and was told she couldnt find my paperwork. She took my name and number. Guess what? Im still waiting. But, yet they still advertise for drivers. I guess their priorities are elsewhere.

I love Mobile One! They always do a great job. I really like fact they can handle difficult deliveries from important health/ medical items to some higher security requirements. This convenience comes from knowing they have all insurance and training needed as well as the proven record of success. After seeing a contract be delivered by a person in shorts and dirty t-shirt to a high end client, I called Mobile One and never looked back! That call was eight years ago. Yes, as good business practice I always review vendors yearly and Eric Brown and Mobile One continue to stay on top!

Slow, people are rude, their drivers look unprofessional, and when I tried to resolve this matter with the owner I never heard back from him. He had his assistant call and apologize for their companies lack of professional service. I will never use them again and I have heard of a few other companies pulling their business as well. This says something about a company when numerous business are pulling away from this company. Not recommended.

As I read all the "good" reviews I cant help but think they sound an awful lot like Eric? Is that coincidence? Either way this whole thing is childish. I thought mud slinging was only for low life politicians. All is fair in love and war but not business I suppose.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mobile One Courier especially their service and professionalism. What a Top Notched Courier Company who wants to create the Perfect Delivery Experience and who cares about their clients and their team.

Our company has tried a new courier called BRD Couriers cheaper than most couriers and small scale but friendly and so far so good
