Worst post office ever Ive had over 25 packages "lost" more like stolen! Ive lived here for over 2 years and paid for my address to be changed lost so much money on orders. They could care less they say oh your address is wrong oh you werent home. Bull address hasnt ever changed. Im a stay at home mom and I have it set on my ups to leave even if for some reason I dont answer. You are thieves and I reported you to be investigated. I suggest everyone else does as well!

AS A MASSIVE SHIPPER, THEY HAVE COST ME TONS OF CASH, DESTROYED TONS OF ITEMS, ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE, DO NOT CARE ABOUT PRIORITY ITEMS (LEFT MINE IN A TRUCK 3 DAYS PAST DELIVERY DATE) HAVE STOLEN PROPERTY ON 6 OCCASIONS AND GOT CAUGHT LYING ABOUT IT. AN INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO HAPPEN HEAR. 1 OCCASION I HAD 9 OF 13 PACKAGES COME UP MIA. TERMINATE EVERY EMPLOYEE IN THE PLACE AS WELL AS 90% OF ROUTE WORKERS.

is there a zero star I can choose. Bunch of liers, I called in 1230, the lady said I cant help u rn, u got call me back in an hour, which is the time they are closing. Well no one picked up the phone. Its kind understandable, thats why them boys work in the usps are minimum wage workers. With those kind of work ethic, they probably are going to end up homeless or something idk haha

Terrible place. They take their phone off the hook so they dont have to answer calls! This has been ongoing for at least 12 years. They were less than helpful when I was forced to drive there, and the managers request to call him if my problem wasnt solved was useless, as their phones are always busy!

please never try to call the number, i tried calling 2 days in a row and finally i got hold of one gentleman at 8:33 am and i was on a hold for 1 hour and half then the phone got disconnected. then i tried calling and the phone is busy. you better go to the office, dont waste your time calling.

The phone is busy 200 percent of the time. Why do they even have a phone? I was once told by a worker there that yes. Its off the hook. If someone needs to call in sick, they cannot They have to contact another worker on duty So frustrating to have to drive there for assistance

Its mostly busy due to either Big Business/Union/Family calls. I use to work for a few usps processing plants. A lot of people dont know how these things work. Walk-ins are best also ask if theres another phone number maybe your calling the plant floor and not the front desk.

Its okay if you go in person. BUT trying to call these people, not winning. It is seriously ALWAYS busy.. always. Im going to try and call you people again. Obviously youre hiring. So anyone that can answer a phone yeah that place is SO hiring haha. I need a mailbox key!! ~

Its a post office so they do what youd expect them to. Desk service is good and to the point. There is also po boxes here and an external mailing terminal to drop off your mail. Fast service and convenient location.

Horrible Service! Today I am being forced to move my boxes to the street because my delivery lady is to lazy to walk up 3 steps! These lazy bums are paid by taxes but cant walk 3 steps to the porch of my house.

Rude employees and lazy, cost me a ton of money in lost packages. Phone is always busy. Manager is nasty and needs to retire. Some employees complain about the weight of my packages.

Always lose my mail and screw up deliveries, mail holds, forwards, etc...and correct, the phone is always busy, terrible customer service. Very uninspiring service.

The staff is not helpful and the carriers can envelopes into the mailboxes and claim to make delivery attempts for packages when I am home all day. Thumbs down!
