God Looks At Your HEART
I went in to mail a package to my son for Easter and I told her it had chocolate in it so she marked it as perishable and I told her I had 3 black ice packs in there. Well, the guy who wasnt even waiting on me, said that you cant ship black ice weighing more then 5 lbs. So after an argument, I opened the box to prove that they didnt even weigh 1 lb ea. And surprisingly they only weighed 11 OUNCES. A big argument over 2 lbs of black ice that didnt even go over the 5 lb maximum. I will never go back here again. Every time I come in, I get a rude person or some type of issue. I will drive to Exeter post office just to avoid this place.

The post office didnt deliver my package instead left a notice on my door saying for me to come to their office to pick up the package dont know why any other time they would leave my package by my door . So I called the office to have it redeliveried for the next day 05/20 and when I got home what do you know they didnt even attempt to redeliver it. So now I have to drive there early in he morning on 05/20 to get a Package that should have left on my door in the first place my package didnt require any signature . This post office really sucks and they lie about redelivering your package !

I went out of my way to buy a shipping scale for the sole purpose of minimizing the interaction I need to have with these people in order to mail a package. I have yet to have a pleasant experience with anyone behind the counter at this post office; everyone seems extremely bitter about their jobs, and they make no effort to hide that from the customer.

i had a package today coming from Amazon...the postman couldnt find it on the truck and when i asked him where it was he said very rudely..."it is not on the truck" I said it was guaranteed by today and his response was OH WELL....are you kidding me? worst service ever!!

This post office is always crowded with a line out the door. They never have more than one clerk at the widow and theyre slow. Its a shame that USPS took out the self serve kiosks. There never seems to be a good time to visit this office.

I personally havent had an issue at this USPS location. There is one guy behind the counter thats on the rude side but once you let him now you aint having none of that, he snaps back into tip top shape :-)

It took me over 4 days to receive a package i ordered from ebay. And I Paid for priority. .And Evertime I track my package it would say out for delivery But never show up at my door.

The service was good this morning when I mailed a package to Ohio. My only complaint is that prices have gone up way out of line. Next time Ill try FedEx.
