Very rude and unprofessional. My reason for coming to this post office is for my job. Our employee pay checks come through the mail. This is the third week in a row they have not came on time. My boss called the post office and they said they had our mail. I went to go pick up the mail. I was obviously the next person in line and they called the person behind me first they had no ideal who I was or what I was there for. When I got up to the counter I asked them why they havent deliver the mail the cashier told me she didnt know and they dont have to tell me why. She went to the back and got the mail carrier he came out with the most nastiest attitude a person can have. He came right out and said out loud with a room full of customers and said " common sense tells you to shovel i dont have to give you nothing.!!!!!! Its a curb side mailbox so not only was it shoveled it was plowed to and not to mention the mail had been getting there two days late for weeks. There were also tracks from the other mailman who drove up to the mailbox with no problem. This mailman was rude and just didnt want to do his job!!!

The worst Post Office i have ever been to. very rude and unprofessional i set up an apt to have my passport done show up the day that i was told to arrive and they say they moved me to a day next week with out a call or notification of any kind. (even though they said they called me). went down to the post office in Fayetteville NY without an APT and was in and out in 15 min and all questions answered.

My 10 year old son expected his delivery on 8/29/17 per tracking from Amazon that his box arrived in E. Syracuse on Sunday and delivery was for 8/29/17. It did not arrive. Now we had to calm a 10 year old that has autism that his gift did not arrive. Extremely disappointed in the USPS.
