Let me start by saying that I am a giant moron. I cracked my own oil pan while doing an oil change on my BMW X5. It was looking like it was going to be a $2000 job to fix it. While dealership hopping on route 9 I saw their shop and decided to give them a call. I asked if they could help and had any solutions. Rather than try to sell me an oil pan like every other shop, they offered to attempt to weld my oil pan and drill out the damaged plug. There was no guarantee on success but they pulled it off, and in the process fixed a clunking noise that I had been trying to figure out for months. They saved me almost $1800, and fixed multiple issues with my vehicle. 5 Stars isnt enough.

If your looking to deal with people who are HONEST and have INTEGRITY this is the place to go! Its owned by a woman who has many years experience in the auto industry. She cares about people and doing the right thing more then anything else. Her knowledge of the auto industry is a big plus. She will give you your options so you can make an informed decision. If sending you somewhere else to get your car fixed would be more cost effective to you, she will tell you and let you decide. This lady goes above and beyond. I would defiantly give them a try.

Very honest trust worthy shop. Brought my car in for an alternator after another shop said they were to busy and it would be a week. The mechanic discovered it was not the alternator but a 20 part. This shop could have easily replaced my alternator charged me I never would have questione it instead of making a 300 sale they were honest and only made a 75 sale. I will defiantly recommend this shop to everyone. They even loaned a car to a customer while their car was being. repaired !!

I give Judy and her staff - Patrick 10 stars. I went there for a second opinion after Healey Hyundai told me I needed a new engine. At no point did I ever need a new engine. They were able to fix my car at a fraction of what I wouldve paid and helped me out a lot. These guys are awesome! I was told by several people that they are really honest and want the best for the customer. Their honesty and integrity goes a long way.... Thanks so much!!!

The owner keeps an incredibly neat and orderly shop; always a good sign. Repairs make me nervous because I dont know enough about cars to determine if an estimate is accurate. We have had multiple good experiences with the people at 5 Star and I am very comfortable with their estimates and work. I have only positive things to say about Five Star Automotive. I highly recommend them. Trustworthy, professional service. When I was there waiting an elderly woman came in because she needed a bulb. The shop was closing but that didnt stop them from making sure she had her bulb changed. This is how businesses are supposed to be run. Thank you Five Star!
