I had a really great experience at cubesmart at west Hempstead. The staff and all the managers were so helpful and wonderful. The manger Jan gave me the appropriate size room that worked out perfect for me with a great price. In addition to that Mr. Jameo, was so helpful and wonderful who help guided me going through all the steps of the process and suggested what works best for me. I really appreciate Mr. Jameos kind help to guide his new customer right. I will recommend this cubesmart to everyone.

I kept my grandmothers belongings when she moved in with us here at Cubesmart. Not only is this her home town and have done business with them in the past, but the staff is wonderful and well trusted. The worker Alex helped us, showed us around, and worked with us with prices. I HIGHLY recommend coming and asking for him- he is great and super helpful! The place is clean and is the only place my family and I trust to keep our personal belongings. Thanks guys! The customer service at this location is awesome. Jennifer is the best! she made my transition go so smoothly. I walked into her office clueless as to what I was doing and she assured me she will take care of all my moving needs and she did it with a contagious smile on her face. Ill tell you this, I also went to Safeguard down the street and Im glad I decided to check just one more facility. I definitely made the right decision. Thanks Jennifer!

Do not choose this company. If they had a rating below Poor-Fair I would give it! I rented a unit in July, 2012 and in Dec, 2012 they raised my rate 10%. Yes, after 5 months, THEY RAISED MY MONTHLY RATE BY 10%!!! I will be looking to find another unit at any of the many choices: Public Storage, Storage America, Storage Mart, Westys just to name a few of the other reputable companies available.

Ive been to several storage facilities, but this one by far has made me feel welcomed. The staff Alex and Jennifer are always smiling and willing to help. The facility is always clean and the grounds are kept nice! I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone looking for a great place to securely store stuff. Great customer service and big 5 stars to them.

The best service hands down. Jennifer is the manager at this location. Without her, countless times we would have had to deal with bigger headaches on our own. I would highly advise using this facility as clearly they do things always in the best interest of their customers. Never had an issue in over 2 years ... A+ all around

Weve been renting a storage unit from this location for a couple of years now. I really cant complain about much. I feel that its a tad expensive but its a convenient location, well maintained and the employees are nice. Ed has been very helpful every time we have worked with him.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. They are always ready to assist with whatever I may need. The manager is very professional as well as the other staff members. Great customer service each and every visit. I would highly recommend this location.

I am a returning customer to this location. The staff is always courteous and extremely helpful. Access to my unit and carts for moving in is very good. The units are clean. My only reservation is that the hallways need cleaning.

I arrived a few minutes before the office closed and the staff was curtious, professional & very helpful. I was able to get a storage space that same day. The facility was very clean & odor free.

Ive dealt more with Ed than Alex or Jennifer, but they have ALL always been extremely helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this location or to use their services again.
